  Do Not Buy Tires From This Location I have spent over $6,000 on tires at Just Tires over the past several years. Most recently, in March of this year, I purchased four new tires for my son’s vehicle for nearly $1,000. When one of the tires developed a slow leak, my son took the vehicle to the Just Tires location on Coit Road in Plano, where the tires were originally purchased. He was charged $25 to repair the tire. Wanting to understand the policy, I asked my son to call another Just Tires location in Frisco. The store manager there informed him that there would be no charge to repair a tire if the tires had been purchased from Just Tires. I then called the Plano location and spoke with Chris, who explained that the company changed its policy at the beginning of the year and that the $25 charge was in accordance with company policy. As a long time customer who has spent thousands of dollars with this company, I am extremely disappointed. Charging customers to repair tires that were purchased from your store does not demonstrate customer appreciation or loyalty. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing tires from Just Tires in the future, nor can I recommend the company to others.

  Kris and D were very helpful in prompt replacement of my punctured tire, even when I came just 10-15 mins before the closing time. The prices offered were very reasonable and overall experience was very smooth. Thanks again!

  Lack of transparency, and professionalism. I visited the store on May 10, 2026, for a flat tyre on my Honda CR-V because Discount Tire was closed that day. After inspection, I was informed that the tyre was not repairable due to supposed shoulder damage and was told the vehicle was essentially not safely drivable unless I purchased a replacement tyre from them. Based on the way the situation was explained to me, I felt pressured into believing replacement was the only option available at that moment. Later, I took the same tyre to Discount Tire for a second opinion. Their technicians confirmed the puncture was actually in the center tread area and that the tyre was completely repairable. They successfully repaired it, and it is currently back on my vehicle without any issues. What concerns me most is that the location pointed out by Just Tires as the damage area was not even the actual puncture location. I also have photos documenting this. This raises serious concerns about inspection accuracy, transparency, and professionalism. I made multiple follow-up visits during work hours and even spoke directly with the store representative requesting a reasonable resolution or refund as a goodwill gesture, but the request was denied despite clear evidence from another reputable tyre shop. I have therefore escalated the matter further. Mistakes can happen, but customers expect honest assessments, proper due diligence, and clear communication — especially when safety-related recommendations are involved. I hope management reviews these practices carefully so other customers do not face similar situations.

  Needed a quick tire repair. These guys took care of me in minutes and at no charge. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend it will be back.

  Great group of guys. Very polite helpful and friendly. I live in Rockwall and it is worth the longer drive to come here. Made an appt and waited 15 min to get in. Better than the doctor.
