  Older lady working on the weekends had me confused with a previous client and became hostile when I explained I could not locate my car after two go cart rounds looking. She continued to escalate that hostility while telling me I'd been there before and was ugly to her, yet I'd never been there before in my life! It took them 3 rounds and 3 workers to find my car while I stood around with broken ribs just waiting to get my belongings out of my car and move on with getting it appraised. Avoid this place at all costs if you want respectful and simple transactions.

  Biran was my towing driver. He was extremely nice and helpful. He did a great job towing my car to the dealership!

  I’ve had the pleasure of receiving assistance from this Biran (driver) on two separate occasions, and both experiences were exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care truly stand out. Having car trouble is already stressful, but he has a way of making the situation much easier. He is patient, courteous, attentive, and makes sure everything is handled properly. What impressed me most is that he delivered the same outstanding level of service both times. It’s rare to come across someone who takes this much pride in their work and treats customers with such care and respect. He is an incredible representation of the company. Truly 5-star service!

  Old lady works in the back office has horrible attitude… Funny to lecture customers about “respect” when your business makes money towing people’s cars, charging them to get them back, Fix your service before preaching professionalism

  Do not recommend in the slightest. We’ve (my body shop) have used their service for the past several months. Almost every time we are given a price over the phone the service ends up being way more than expected. I’m talking $100+/- more. Today I had my personal vehicle towed. Spoke with Sharon over the phone this morning who was incredibly disrespectful. Snapped at me multiple times and very rude tone. (Had a gut feeling I should have just hung up and used someone else - wish I would have) She let me know my tow would cost about $200 dollars and I’d have a driver in about two hours (call was at 9:30am). WRONG! 5 hours later (2:21pm) driver shows up (driver was amazing - nothing wrong with him or his service) then I was charged $297. When I called to question, I believe I spoke with Julie. She repetitively explained to me their rates. My question wasn’t the rates, it was why I was told over the phone a specific price then charged another $100 on top of it. Still proceeded to tell me how much they charge per mile, gas and tow type. She put me on hold several times and I never got an answer. With the way I was being treated, passed around and spoke to I knew they’d never reimburse me. ALSO NO APOLOGY. WAS TOLD IT WAS MY WORD AGAINST SHARONS AND SHARON DENIED HER PRICING ERROR. WHEN WE SPOKE IN THE MORNING I SPECIFICALLY WROTE DOWN THE PRICE SHE TOLD ME. If I would have known the tow would cost that much I would have gone with someone else. I had a budge I needed to stick to. Didn’t really have the $100 to spare. Clearly no care for the customer. I gave up and cut my losses. Myself and shop have pulled business from them. Save yourself the trouble, time and MONEY. Oh and the driver forgot to hand my keys over. Still had them in his pocket (no issue with the driver, I know things happened) when I called the shop to get the driver back I spoke to another woman, she wasn’t that stellar either, she let me know that if the driver has taken another job I’d have to wait until he completes that job….. without the keys no repairs can be made. Just more time wasted.
