  Do not recommend in the slightest. We’ve (my body shop) have used their service for the past several months. Almost every time we are given a price over the phone the service ends up being way more than expected. I’m talking $100+/- more. Today I had my personal vehicle towed. Spoke with Sharon over the phone this morning who was incredibly disrespectful. Snapped at me multiple times and very rude tone. (Had a gut feeling I should have just hung up and used someone else - wish I would have) She let me know my tow would cost about $200 dollars and I’d have a driver in about two hours (call was at 9:30am). WRONG! 5 hours later (2:21pm) driver shows up (driver was amazing - nothing wrong with him or his service) then I was charged $297. When I called to question, I believe I spoke with Julie. She repetitively explained to me their rates. My question wasn’t the rates, it was why I was told over the phone a specific price then charged another $100 on top of it. Still proceeded to tell me how much they charge per mile, gas and tow type. She put me on hold several times and I never got an answer. With the way I was being treated, passed around and spoke to I knew they’d never reimburse me. ALSO NO APOLOGY. WAS TOLD IT WAS MY WORD AGAINST SHARONS AND SHARON DENIED HER PRICING ERROR. WHEN WE SPOKE IN THE MORNING I SPECIFICALLY WROTE DOWN THE PRICE SHE TOLD ME. If I would have known the tow would cost that much I would have gone with someone else. I had a budge I needed to stick to. Didn’t really have the $100 to spare. Clearly no care for the customer. I gave up and cut my losses. Myself and shop have pulled business from them. Save yourself the trouble, time and MONEY. Oh and the driver forgot to hand my keys over. Still had them in his pocket (no issue with the driver, I know things happened) when I called the shop to get the driver back I spoke to another woman, she wasn’t that stellar either, she let me know that if the driver has taken another job I’d have to wait until he completes that job….. without the keys no repairs can be made. Just more time wasted.

  Biran was who I worked with today and he was wonderful to work with. He was very communicative throughout the entire process with constant updates and arrived faster than the expected eta! Thank you Biran!

  I called this place first I talked to a man claims that fees are over $1,000 even though the notice that I got from them in the mail yesterday says all the fees and it's roughly $300 and some change. Called back talk to a lady and she says those aren't the total fees those are just a fees they have to legally attach with the notice (which makes no sense) claim they sent me notifications twice before which they didnt this is the only certified mail that I received from them which is marked July 30th. She goes on to explain that it's not their responsibility to mail these notifications on time. I ended the call after that. After reading a lot of the reviews it's looks like this place has alot of excuses. The main one I see so they can cop out and have no responsibility is to tell people that they have no record showing that they were there in the first place. Smh claiming these people were never at your business because you don't have it on record is y'all's responsibility but I guess y'all will try to say it's not like you told me. Please if you have a legitimate complaint submit a formal state report through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation!
