  I don’t think words can convert how great of an experience we had at Grease Monkey! The highlights are they have an incredible team, exceptional service, accurate timelines and estimates, and they aren’t pushy at all with extra work needed. I called ahead to see how long the wait would be if I brought my car over for an oil change. I was quoted about 15 to 20 minutes as there was nobody there waiting at the time. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly group of gentlemen who got me checked in and quickly got to work on my oil change. I was in a time crunch due to a commitment at my child school so I really didn’t have a ton of extra time to spare and they were great about getting me in and out! They have a comfortable waiting room that was nice and cool with snack snacks and drinks with my kids really appreciated! We could watch the work being done. They took extra steps to make sure that my car was taken care of including covers for the side of my car for when they leaned over the engine, plastic wrap on the interior of my car for when they got in to drive it forward, and they wore gloves the whole time. They were very thorough and detailed in their checkup of things but also just very mindful of my vehicle and making sure that it was in good condition the whole time. They let me know there were a couple of additional things that could be done quickly if I had the time and were able to show me while I was there what exactly needed to be done and why including bringing in my filter so I could see the state they were in and why they were suggesting replacement. Add to move forward with a couple of additional items they noted and they were quick to get them done and have me out the door in the original timeframe that I had given them before I needed to leave. I was so impressed with their customer service and kindness as well as their quick but accurate work on my car! We will definitely be coming back for service for this car, but also the other cars that we own and cannot recommend grease monkey in Plano enough!!!!

  We love this place...we have been going there for many years and they have always been honest, helpful and provide the best customer service. Price is reasonable and they have snacks and drinks for customers..... great for the kids!

  Great service at Grease Monkey in Plano on Parker Road. Technicians are helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

  The add I received on my phone was very misleading. It said I would $23 off my oil chNg then they added a labor charge which ended more then what I paid 2 months ago with no discount
