  Minor annoyance but it's worth mentioning. Have web page First request city of rental and then show what cars are available. The way it's set up now select exotic car for example, choose dates and then only regular cars available in the city chosen. I feel mislead. If I wanted to rent a Malibu ( no offence to GM nice car) instead of a Porsche I would have selected a Malibu first!

  Amazing customer service. I wanted to surprise my fiance with a fun getaway car at our wedding. Kim at Enterprise went above and beyond to make this as smooth a process as possible. We had several hick-ups along the way, but she went above and beyond to ensure that this was one wedding item I didn't have to stress over!
