  Rented two Vans from this branch for a long trip. One of the vans was old and the tires did not match and the threads were gone. When we got to TAOS , NM in the middle of snow, we called this branch to have the car replaced due to unsafe tires. Priya (The manger) was supposed to escalate the issue but didn't despite the lives of 12 people being in danger. After spending countless hours on the phone with the disgraced road assistant people and being turned away, an email to the CEO on Xmas day forced the company to deliver a 4 wheel drive in front of cabin in the mountains. Why they couldn't do that from the begging remains a mystery. I suppose Priya and her bosses couldn't care less about 12 people including women and children stuck in the snowy mountains.

  Overall, I love this place. Have used it for 3 years whenever I visit Texas, My sister's home is 10 min away. What I do not like is how hard it is to reserve a car!! I use to do it on the internet but for some reason this past year I have not been able to do this. I get a loop that take me round and round --does not hold the date I put in. Frustrating! I also cannot get hold of the local office or if I do , I get put on permanent hold. I know they are busy. Last time, last month, I called the national number. What I really want to do is reserve by the internet.--maybe they will fix it.
