  Treyvon provided excellent customer service. He will be one of the reasons I use enterprise in the future. The G70 was clean and did the job for the 2 weeks that I needed it. Returning it was quick and easy.

  This location has been frustrating, to simply put it. Long waits (2-4 hours) because my vehicle isn't ready at scheduled pick-up time, not having the right size vehicle on three occasions, poorly running vehicles on two occasions. I think my last experience, however, is indeed my "last experience" with them. Scheduled a pick-up for 7/3 at 9a.m. two weeks beforehand. Arrived at 8:45 to check in. Guy behind the counter lets me know that everyone sitting in the lobby is waiting on their vehicles and it's going to be 45 minutes to an hour before mine is ready. I expected that though, because that is the norm at this location. He told me I could wait there or he could call me when it was ready. I told him a call would be fine because I didn't need to leave until noon and I still had some packing to finish. Noon comes and no call. Had to be in Hobbs NM by 7 pm, so just left in my own vehicle. Home 6 days later. Still waiting on that call, though.

  Enterprise was great! We were needing a rental because of a car accident, and even though they were incredibly busy, they were very accommodating. The staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car was outstanding. Choose a small SUV. Drove great, good gas mileage. Great customer service. I will definitely be using enterprise again for my next vacation car rental.

  One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. Before my rental even started, I called for a week explaining that I'm pregnant and have two young children in car seats. Instead of arranging vehicle delivery when I dropped my car off for repairs, Enterprise's solution was to send an Uber. Apparently that was considered the safest option for a pregnant mom with two toddlers. When I ubered to pick up my vehicle, I watched as the staff stood behind the counters as the phones rang and talked about personal life instead of answering phones. The first rental had low tire pressure and was over 9,000 miles since its last oil change. The replacement vehicle arrived showing 0% oil life. Neither inspired confidence that vehicles are being properly inspected before being rented out. When issues arose, I spent hours on the phone receiving conflicting information from multiple representatives. I was told to drive over an hour on a damaged tire for an exchange, then told the vehicle could be towed but I'd have to figure out transportation the next day with two small children again with Uber.  Only after calling multiple branches myself did someone finally tell me the tire could simply be repaired at an approved shop for free. The biggest issue wasn't the tire or maintenance concerns—it was the lack of communication, empathy, and problem-solving. Every solution seemed to create more work for the customer. Things go wrong. That's understandable. What isn't understandable is how difficult Enterprise made resolving every single issue. I expected customer service. Instead, I got scripted responses, conflicting answers, and a month-long headache.
