  I had a great experience at the 1801 N Central Expy location in Plano. Ambrose and William provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s always refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Both of them are a great representation of the business and definitely deserve recognition. Highly recommend!

  Overall good experience. Booked through Costco. Delay at first picking up my car as they did not have the car washed and ready on arrival. However the customer service provided by Travon Simmons and Nicholas McIntyre made up for it.

  I’m a regular here and it can be a top notch rental place. Now it seems constantly understaffed. Plan accordingly for long lines. If you have a reservation it could be up to an hour until you can get on the road. The local team are super friendly and doing their best.

  I would not recommend renting a car from this Enterprise. I did not have a good experience with the car. The car had a nasty smell. I tried calling on Friday to trade for a different car but nobody at the front desk would answer the phone, at that location that I picked up the vehicle, which was minutes after picking it up. I scheduled the car pick up, for 4:00p.m and the car was not ready till 5:00p.m. The car also had a tire pressure light. I got air in the tires at Discount Now, and the tire pressure tire light still remained on. The oil change, was also past due as well as the maintenance. Craig called me after hours and told me to give him a call back for a resolution. I called the next morning and I was placed on hold, heard two button clicks (multiple times), and placed on hold again. This Enterprise is very unprofessional. I followed up via email, and I have yet heard anything back.

  The rental process was seamless and customer service was excellent. They make you feel like a valued customer and that they actually want your business ( specifically the N Central Expressway way, Plano, Tx location) I will definitely use them again either directly or through a third party company depending on who’s offering a better deal. Thanks
