  I showed up for my appointment and unfortunately the exact vehicle wasn't available. No worries - Craig, Nicolas, and William all stepped up, then went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make sure the rental was clean and ready for my trip. I really appreciate everyone for helping get me on the road and them expediting my visit where possible.

  Clean, fast, super customer frinedly car rental! Dear Enterprise at Central Expressway Team: Trevon, Craig, Ambrose and all 🌟 I appreciate y'all for taking care of me when I need a car. I love this location because the team works fast, always polite and caring, and yes, they provide CLEAN (I mean it) cars! Y'all thank you for making my life easier. I highly recomend Enterprise as the best car rental in Plano/ Dallas area 💯

  Had an issue with another company early September 2026. No cars available from that company. I found a car at the N Central Expy Enterprise location and went there. There was one issue I encoutered when talking to customer service (but not on location there). Ambrose Pearl, Asst Manager, was remarkable. She is a role model for all who deal with the public. She compensated me fairly for the issue I encountered from Enterprise (regarding pick-up) and as I watched her work at this location on a very busy day, she was 100% profeossional to all she interacted with. Thank you, Ambrose, for being so good at your job.

  This was the best customer service we’ve experienced in years. From picking up the van to returning it, everyone at Enterprise was positive, helpful, and focused on making the process easy. This is how businesses thrive when you actually care about experience, your customers will keep on coming back. I know we will! The difference reflects the leadership of the new manager, Travon. The team has great morale, and it shows in how well they work together and take care of customers. In an age when so much is becoming automated, this experience was a reminder of the difference the right people can make. Thank you, Travon and team, for such a great experience! Keep up great work!

  I had the worst experience at this plano enterprise car rental location. And I was returning the car this time! After a long wait(with nobody else in the lobby), I was finally talking to the guy and gave him the rental keys. He asked if i filled gas, i said yes. I got the car at a quarter tank, i brought it back with a quarter tank. We went out for the inspection and to make sure I put enough gas in apparently because he asked a second time if id put gas in, after looking at the quarter tank. I told him I had the receipt for the gas in my pocket if he needed it. He then looked at me and said "okay, everything's good. But theres a lot of pet hair, we charge a pet cleaning fee" ...... i have a Service Dog. He is with me for a disability. I used the car. There was not an unreasonable amount of dog hair for having had the car for a week. I even used a seat cover as a courtesy. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he was the manager. I said If he was the manager he should have been properly trained on ADA compliance with Service Dogs. I wanted to speak to his superior. I even pulled out my phone to take a number for corporate or whatever. But this guy continues to argue with me about this "pet" fee he needed to charge, which I kept saying was illegal to charge. My SERVICE dog did not damage the vehicle. Its Texas. Its 100 degrees outside. Even a service dog sheds a little in that heat with regular brushing. This manager then says something along the lines of what if a person allergic to dogs rents the car after me. That was the kicker. I looked him in the eyes and said "sir, thats not my problem if you dont properly clean your vehicles between customers and frankly, the thought of that disgusts me." And it does not mean you can charge a pet fee for my trained medical equipment. I wish I was writing a more positive review, but I will never use this enterprise location again.
