  I’ve had consistently great experiences with Enterprise. The staff is always professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The rental process is smooth, any questions are answered promptly, and they go out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible. I’ve never had any issues, and the level of customer service keeps me coming back. It’s refreshing to work with a team that truly values its customers. Highly recommend!

  Stellar rental car company. Their associates truly care about helping people, and I can say this with confidence because I receive the same service at multiple locations in the city and at airports. I have great rewards with a competitor company and on a trip I took earlier this year, That company did not come through, instead there was Enterprise, for that, they have earned my loyalty.

  Sajid did an excellent job explaining the ins and outs of my rental. Everything was so fast. I needed to extend my rental for a day and was not sure if the system modified the update to the office so I called. Jared answered with great customer service and confirmed my modification.

  I had a long-term rental contract from December to May. On two separate occasions, maintenance lights appeared on two different vehicles I was renting. Both times, I visited this Plano location seeking assistance, and both times I was instructed by Sajid to obtain the oil changes myself rather than being offered alternative solutions or support from the rental company. I found this experience unsatisfactory and unprofessional. As a long-term renter, I expected the company to take greater responsibility for vehicle maintenance concerns and provide better customer service when issues arose. I would not expect a long-term renter to be responsible for coordinating maintenance on company vehicles, especially when seeking assistance directly from the rental location.

  Don’t rent from this location Made a reservation online for a luxury SUV , sedan when I arrived car was ready and I had a credit card issue so when I fixed it the gentleman that was helping me passed me over to someone else. The deal was done and we were on my way to pick up the car I called a family member to complain and Jeremy Cruz that was helping me turned around and said if you are not happy we can return the car I said I’m following you to the car he proceeded to tell me you are unhappy let’s return the car you are so unhappy we will return the car I asked to speak with a manager and he said he was the manager not one employee helped or stopped him from bullying me he said if I was unhappy he would return the car. I simply wanted to be on my way when he went and returned the vehicle he kept saying you are unhappy he was going to return the car I said I was but wanted to be on my way he refused and returned the car. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE STEPPED IN TO ASSIST ME he WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and Bullied me. JEREMY Cruz After the whole experience I went down the street found a better option with another rental BMW 740li drove to Austin and had a great time :) good luck
