  This location is extremely professional. Everything they promised me, happened. The time for someone to answer the phone was a little long but the experience at the store is phenomenal ! Theyre ON IT!

  Nick at the front desk is AWESOME, and the manager Ambrosia was so sweet and kind to everyone she encountered! Well done Enterprise! We will rent from yall forever.

  I rarely leave reviews, but I had to recognize these two amazing employees. I originally had a reservation at the McKinney location, but they called me just 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time to tell me they didn't have any vehicles available. I was incredibly stressed because our other vehicle had just been towed to the body shop. I reached out to the Plano location, and Jake and Michael completely turned my day around. They made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Before I left, they took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything and even told me that if I had any questions or didn't feel comfortable, I could call them anytime. They also gave me their business cards, which I've never experienced at any other car rental company. These two gentlemen truly changed what started as a horrible experience into an outstanding one. Their professionalism, kindness, and customer service showed me why Enterprise has such a great reputation. Thank you, Jake and Michael, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate everything you did!

  I received excellent customer service from Michael and Kyle at this West Plano Enterprise location. They truly deserve more than 5 stars. I would give them 8 stars if I could because they did not just go the extra mile for me. They went the extra mile and then an extra mile after that and then one more extra mile for good measure. They helped me out of a difficult spot, and in particular, I could tell they really cared about helping me out. It was more than just a business transaction. They were truly trying to help me out, and that's why I believe they deserve more than just 5 stars. Above & beyond the call of duty. For sure. Cydnie also took extra time to explain the features of my rental vehicle to me, ensure it had a full tank of gas and do a thorough inspection of the vehicle before I signed for it. She saw a dent that was so small, I didn't see it. I cannot recommend this location enough. - Joshua
