  We understand your life is always in motion , that's where Enterprise comes in. To ensure that, we provide you an understaffed location that wastes your time upon pickup, charges your card with no explanation of charges, and wastes your time again on hold listening to the same 3 sentences over and over for 10+ minutes (instead of hold music like a NORMAL company).

  Latoya was super unprofessional over the phone and lied about me not having insurance. She wants to tell me not to be rude while saying that is rude 😂 and when I ask to speak to her supervisor she wants to say she’s the manager which she is but she still has to report to somebody. When I got to the store she was sitting not doing anything I wonder how someone who’s sitting down while everybody else is working and gets paid the most has the worst attitude be grateful you got a good team doing the work for you.

  Just wanted to comment on the professionalism of Kyle “ in regards to a scratch that was on the car prior of us renting the car.” My husband was upset when he saw the scratch the following day and he reached out to Kyle, which was the Service person that gave us the car. he was very professional, and he had taken a video of the car prior of us picking up the car and ,the scratch was already there. He made an additional note on the rental agreement to make sure that we were not responsible for that scratch so I just wanted to reach out and thank Kyle and the staff of this particular place for being so professional and wonderful on helping us.   Don’t come here if you didn’t pick up from this location. Traveled over 15 hours & my oil change light came on and the alignment was messed up. Came here after calling customer service to get it fixed or traded out and they sent us here. The guy at the front desk was very rude and said he wasn’t expecting us when we just got off the phone with customer service and they sent our request in so they’d have it documented. The guy said we had to wait, not for them to fix the situation but to wait for all of “his customers” to get their cars first and then maybe if there was a vehicle available he’d switch us out. We waited over 30 mins and still nothing. People were coming in left and right after us and were getting into vehicles, some without reservations. One lady came in after us with the same issue, needing an oil change, since she had picked up her rental from this location.. she was able to get switched out within 10 minutes. They close at 2 today, we got there a little before 1 and left at 1:40. There was no reassurance about us getting the oil change fixed or the car swapped. Customer service here 1/10.
