  I have been to this location several times and never had a problem until the new loud mouth manager. Assuming she is new due to her behavior and not seeing her before. She was just obnoxious and loud in the lobby joking and laughing with staff while telling customers “there is nothing we can do”. TWICE! One instance was when I saw a couple with a reservation come to the counter and she was smiling telling them they are all booked up. This couple had their car break down and needed a vehicle that THEY WERE ABLE TO RESERVE. She just continued shaking her head and saying “it shouldn’t have let you reserve, we’re out”. No apologies, no trying to make it right. Nothing for them. Then she proceeds to go outside, sit on a curb with someone on FaceTime/speaker and laugh and joke while customers were waiting to check in/out! Oh, and this is AFTER all the complaining she was doing about how busy they were from graduation season and how next weekend is a holiday and how she’s not looking forward to it! If she was managing my business and I knew how and what she was saying to customers, I’d immediately act! Ive been to enterprise several times but after this experience, Im going to Avis and letting everyone know to avoid this location.

  I went to rent a car from here where I have previously and when they charged my card they only told me the amount for the car and never said there was a deposit or how much the deposit was, I came back wanting to extend my time with the car that’s when I noticed they charged me $300 extra the day prior. They explained it was a deposit and they should’ve told me. They didn’t because I wouldn’t have rented the car if I’d known. But I asked if I could get something with a cheaper deposit the guy said yes and just to wait. I waited 45 minutes then the young girl behind the counter started talking to the whole crowd of people in the building about what I wanted to switch cars was stupid because the first car was amazing. Then when I told them it was just the deposit that was never disclosed to me and a ridiculous amount. She told me she wouldn’t refund my card because that would be silly just to charge it again with a lesser amount. Quite frankly you don’t know the financial situation I’m in to be talking trash about it. So I just returned the car and left. If I need to rent a car it will no longer be here.

  SCAMMMMM and Worstttttttt car rental ever, I have been charged for 1 day extra and have went thrice in person. Everytime I get one same answer Manager is not there I will note the query and he will call you but I have never reccieved the call. Please pay attention to this matter and take care of the wrong charges you do on the credit cards

  I've rented from this Enterprise twice now and have yet to have a bad experience! The customer service has been great, and the pickup/ drop off process has been easy and smooth.

  Latoya and her team are absolutely exceptional. Come rain, shine, cold weather, or perfect spring days, they always show up prepared and deliver a consistently outstanding experience. Their reliability and professionalism set them apart. Highly recommend! Latoya you mentioned a detail about this vehicle but I should have paid a little more attention. WOW about all I can say
