  I have had a very frustrating experience with this Enterprise. On April 27th, I was t-boned and my car was totaled. On April 29th, I rented a hyundai sonata. I realized the next day that the horn wasn’t working and called asking to exchange the car. It took a couple hours but they were able to trade out for a Volkswagen sedan.The key fob on this thing was destroyed, to the point the car wouldn’t lock, the key wasn’t detected for the push start. The car would turn the engine off if it sat in park for more than 30 seconds. I called to let them know the issues I was having, Chris answered the phone and told me they had been having issues with that car. If you are having issues WHY WOULD YOU RENT IT OUT???? They had no other sedan, so I was moved to a Ford Escape. I called to let them know I am 5 minutes away and am coming to exchange now, as I have an appointment close by afterwards. I get there and there’s a sign on the counter! “if returning, leave key on counter” Actually insane. I wait 15 minutes for representative. She finally comes back and I am able to leave with the Escape. A couple days later I am driving, and there’s a nail in the tire and is leaking really bad. I pull over, grab the spare and jack. And guess what THERES NO TIRE IRON?? I pulled out my phone to call them and they are closed. Thank God, I was able to find a tire iron or I would’ve been stranded. The automatic message wouldn’t even let me leave a voicemail. I call this morning to let them know I am on a spare and need a new car. They told me they don’t have another car available and to take the tire to discount tire to get it repaired. I do, Discount Tire told me it is too close to the edge to repair. Discount tire suggests that they will contact Enterprise to approve a new tire purchase for this vehicle. I asked the worker at Discount Tire about how long it takes for Enterprise to get back to them. He says usually about 15 minutes. Sounds great! Let’s do that! He contacts them, it takes them TWO HOURS to respond. AND THEY DECLINE THE NEW TIRE??? How are you going to tell me there’s not a car available and then not replace the tire???? This has been a complete nightmare.

  Cortez is always so helpful and makes the whole process so easy and fast. For it to usually be one person and for it to be faster than other places that I’ve rented from says a lot. I’m literally in and out every time within like five minutes. The cars are always clean and up the park, this is like my favorite place to rent from when I need a rental fast!
