  First time at this location, and it could have not been better. Blake is the representative whom assisted us went above and beyond. Mind you, he was working alone, and it was his first day at this location. He explained everything in great detail regarding the rental agreement as well as the features of the vehicle. Also, we were supposed to pick the car up on the following day, but Blake arranged for a vehicle on the spot, and still provided the lesser car rate. Blake is an outstanding employee and I hope he is recognized for his efforts by Enterprise. Well done sir!

  My car is on the fritz so I'm having to utilize their services more than I ever had. They made the process so easy and when I had to bring my car back because it had been 30 days and I couldn't extend it anymore, the gentleman behind the counter transferred me over to my new rental agreement but still in the same vehicle which was a huge burden off my shoulders and I was very appreciative. People have told me to try Toro and I have tried Avis in the past but all of them were bad experiences. But every experience I've ever had at any Enterprise I've gone to over the years has always been great!

  I’ve never had a worse experience in my life. Nia Smallwood is beyond disrespectful.. For Nia Smallwood to be a manager, you would think more respect would be presented. Training in customer interactions may be needed.

  Extremely frustrated with this location. This was an insurance replacement rental after a collision, so my requirements were sent well in advance. Despite this, there was absolutely zero preparation. The branch was severely understaffed with only one employee handling everything. Instead of being upfront about not having my reserved Full-Size car, the employee played games—sending me out to look at cars, hoping I wouldn’t notice they were trying to push me into smaller and smaller vehicles. Usually, if a company doesn't have your car size, they upgrade you. Instead, they tried to trick me into a downgrade. Ultimately, I had to drive to a completely different Enterprise location just to get the vehicle class promised in my agreement. Between the chaos at the desk and driving across town, Enterprise wasted two full hours of my day. Complete logistical failure and terrible customer service philosophy. Save yourself the headache and use a different location.
