I rented a vehicle through insurance while my car was being repaired, and he was incredibly kind, informative, and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we had the right vehicle and made the entire process effortless. What stood out most was his genuinely positive attitude and willingness to help. It reminded me of what great customer service used to feel like, when people took pride in their work and treated others with genuine kindness. I actually left thinking about what a wonderful attitude he had and how refreshing the entire interaction was. Enterprise is lucky to have Blake, and I hope his management recognizes what an asset he is. Truly exceptional service!

The cars aren’t perfect - example we had one with smoke odor - but Blake worked with me getting it exchanged, and making every process as easy as possible. Blake is an exceptional employee who really goes above and beyond. He runs the place by himself and is still able to provide high quality customer service as if he owns the business. I would return here even if the cars aren’t perfect.
