  I worked with Motaz, from submitting interest in a vehicle online all the way to purchase. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and so friendly. Willing to help work a deal prior to us coming in and wasting an entire day at the dealership, which was a breath of fresh air, and made it truly the easiest car buying experience we had ever had. I 100% recommend working with Motaz at the Plano Enterprise location.

  Purchased a vehicle, we saw the vehicle and were told it would be available on Friday, then Saturday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday morning. They provided an alternate vehicle (seemingly they wanted us to take that vehicle instead) the vehicle was unacceptable. We wanted the vehicle we initially saw, and never have seen since. We feel the salesman (Marquette) was somewhat misleading in the process. He is pleasant and engaging. He didn’t deliver. Cynthia is also pleasant and professional. Bottom line a lot of yes talk and no delivery. Then the financial transaction time for refund 4-7 days via mail. They took initial payment electronically and cashed it in 2 days for a vehicle that was never delivered. Negative experience all the way around.

  Almost everything was good.. Professional, Welcoming and Smiling team. However... We had somewhat negative experience. We had an appointment with Ms. Farzona to see "The particular pickup". * When we reached, she was busy closing a Sale. We were asked to wait. We waited. She brought totally different pickup and wanted us to look at it... We refused... Why should we waste our time for something which we never asked for? Our choice pickup was at different location. Ms. Farzona did drove half way to bring our chosen pickup. V Good. But we just wasted about an hour or more waiting. There is no misunderstanding. It was very clear over the phone that we are interested in one and only one pickup. Disappointed ... 1. The chosen one was not here on the lot. 2. Trying to show and sale totally different pickup. Having said that, We are not a Lost customer... We may visit again but we have lost that confidence.

  I had a great experience purchasing at Enterprise Car Sales. I was dreading the traditional dealership experience but was pleasantly surprised with the unorthodox approach. I walked in with an idea of what type of Car I was looking to purchase and spent only an hour and a half from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I drove away in my new vehicle. This was, in large part due to the sales consultant that I worked with, Tarik Saad. Tarik’s attention to detail and no B.S approach was refreshing and enabled me to come to a confident and informed decision. Tarik was not overly aggressive on the selling and prioritized my needs and wants. I would highly recommend Tarik and enterprise for anyone looking for a quick, smooth process where they can buy the highest quality vehicles with transparent pricing.

  I had such a great experience working with Motaz! He went above and beyond to help me get my car and made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. He was professional, patient, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I really appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping me get into the car I wanted.
