  I had the opportunity to work with Charles after a very bad hailstorm, and I can honestly say he was unlike the many other people who came knocking on my door afterward. When Charles first came to my door, I was having a really difficult day. Instead of immediately trying to sell me something, he noticed that I was struggling and genuinely asked if I was okay. He was compassionate, respectful, and sensitive enough to recognize that I simply wasn’t in a place to talk at that moment. A few days later, Charles came back and checked on me again. He remembered our conversation, asked how I was doing, and offered to work directly with my insurance company to help get the damage to my car repaired. That meant so much to me. Charles didn’t make me feel like just another customer or another sale. He showed genuine kindness and care for another human being, and that says a lot about the kind of person he is. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about his customers and stands behind his word, I highly recommend Dent Picks. Ask for Charles. He is a man of his word, incredibly compassionate, and most importantly, a genuinely good human being. I’m very grateful that he was the person who knocked on my door that day.

  Charles and his team did AMAZING. They were in the area and noticed my car needed some damage taken care of spoke to my father. I was informed and was able to get in touch with Charles and drop off my car at the shop (they offered to take the car then and there at the house), I then spoke to V and we got the reservation sorted out and taken care of. Everyone did a great job of communicating and Dmitry was very pleasant when he dropped off my car and let me do a quick walk around to make sure everything was in order. The Plano shop did amazing and the car looks great

  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, everything was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. They did an amazing job repairing the hail damage on my car and even went above and beyond by fixing a cracked windshield that my insurance company wouldn’t cover. They made the whole process incredibly convenient by providing a complimentary rental car, working seamlessly with my insurance company, and even dropping my car off at my work when it was finished. The customer service was outstanding, and Charles was absolutely awesome—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely made the entire experience even better. It’s not often that car repairs feel this easy, but they truly took care of everything. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs! 🚗✨

  After the Hail storm in Rowlett, Leland showed up to my house explained the process and let me know they could also help with some of my deductible, Not only did they Help with my deductible they Got me a Nice Rental Car "SUV 3 rows" similar to mine, They brought the Rental to my Place of work, dropped it off. They worked directly with the insurance, and since they were dragging there feet dent picks Helped speed the process up and get the work Done. My Car was Heavily damaged. When they brought my truck Back to Me I was Beyond Impressed the paint an clear Coat looked like it did the day I bought the truck brand new.   Huge recommend for everyone to use DentPicks. We met Charles, sales rep, when we were out and he saw the hail damage on my truck. He politely approached me and offered his card and to fix my truc and suv. l looked up Dentpucks on Google. They had great reviews and their service promises seemed too good. They aren't, they delivered more than expected. They brought a loaner to our home and took our 2019 QX60 in. The update system is great keeping you up on 17 steps and when they were done it looked better than it had in years. Then the fixed my F150 and it looks awesome. They not only fixed the hail damage, they fixed everything on the outside. It looks better than when I bought in 2016 with 20k on it. So impressed and a must use.
