DO NOT under any circumstances use the service department at KIA Clay Cooley Plano. My car has been with them for 3 months today, since April 7th. I have gotten the run around, no responses to my plethora of calls, emails, text, etc. As a disabled veteran who has had to take multiple days off of work and lose income with no resolution, this is completely unacceptable. In this time, I have had to pay for two rental cars out of pocket. I have still have not received ANY of my reimbursements after being originally told a timeline of 3 to 6 weeks. In the first month, they claimed that they fixed my ICCU, but upon pickup up my car it still would not charge. I tried 3 different chargers, including my home charger. I then again took it back, where I was informed the part was not covered under warranty due to an unrelated wreck from 2 years ago. If they have actually done their job and ran a proper diagnostic, then I would have been informed of this in a timely manner. Every time I call or try to speak to a service advisor, I am left on hold for long amounts of time, or told that they will return the call and then never hear from them. The constant excuses are they are on vacation, their kid is sick, etc. etc. Also, they are going to say “please email us”, but then never actually respond to the emails. I recommend if you actually want your car fixed to never use this dealership!!! At the time of writing this, I’ve waited over a week for a call back and have yet to hear back after attempting to call them multiple times. The Cherry on top, they have signed my signature on paperwork that I have never saw or signed.

We had a great experience purchasing our new Kia! The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel taken care of from start to finish. Overall, we had a really positive experience and are so happy with our new vehicle!
The only thing keeping this from being a perfect experience is that our new car didn’t come with the floor mats we were told we would receive. We’re hoping that’s something that can still be resolved. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this dealership!
We had an excellent experience leasing my new Kia K4! Dylan Roberts was fantastic to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us to get the best deal possible. He made the entire process easy and stress-free.
One thing that really stood out was how quick and efficient everything was. We didn’t have to spend hours waiting around, and the leasing process was smooth from start to finish.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone checked in on us throughout our visit, making sure we were comfortable and asking if we needed anything. That level of customer service made a great impression.
We are very happy with our Kia K4 and the amazing lease deal we received. Dylan helped us get exactly the car we wanted at the best possible price.
Thank you to Dylan Robert and the whole team for making this such a positive experience. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Went to Kia.com and built what I wanted. Was referred to the Irving Clay Cooley dealer who supposedly had two of them. Was told salesman would call… nothing. After two more requests nothing except apologies from the manager. Drove to dealer- was told after 30 minute wait they had one yesterday but currently had sent it to Clay Cooley Plano. Was told name of salesperson to speak to there. Drove there and asked to speak with that sales person. I was told that there was no sales person with that name. They assigned me to Justin to help me. After waiting another 30 minutes Justin told me that the car that I was interested in was in Plano yesterday, but they had sent it to the Irving dealer that I had just come from and they sold it. He said not to worry he could get me another car. He located one in Fort Worth and said that he would have it sent over. He then texted me later that the back window is broken and he therefore could not sell me that car. Again, he said not to worry, he would find another one. He told me that he found one in Waco and that he would have it here tomorrow by 12:30 in the afternoon. Since we had already agreed on the price, I told him that I would be there to pay for it and pick up the car tomorrow at 12:30. I paid $55 rideshare to get up to the dealer. When I arrived at 12:30 I was told that the car was still in Waco. I told them
that I had to go through Waco on the way to Austin anyway and could pick it up there. When we were reviewing the window sticker, we found out that the car did not have the towing package that I had told them I had to have. At this point, I told them that I had never encountered such incompetence in a chain of car dealers in my life and that I would buy the car from someone else. They arranged a rideshare to get me back home and said that they would pay for the $55 I had paid to come pick up the car at the dealer. I gave them my receipts and not surprisingly have never heard anything from them since.
The amazing thing about the whole ordeal is that not once did any employee of these two car dealerships both owned by Clay Cooley ever tell me that they were sorry in anyway. needless to say, I will never do business with a Clay Cooley dealership.
I was able to find the car that I wanted at Joe Myers Kia Houston. They were very professional, and I bought the car from them.

Brought my car in to try to find a leak around the sunroof, my car was there for over a week and no leak was identified, which is fine. When I went to pick it up, I got into my car and noticed that the seatbelt on the driver side was not put together properly and my seat belt did not pull out and recoil appropriately. I let the manager know (Jose) and left my car there for another night since no mechanic was present when I picked it up. He told me it would be ready the following day. The following day ai called in the afternoon to get a status update since no one reached out to me. I spoke to a service advisor who let me know he would contact Jose or Derik (my original service advisor) and they would call me back before they left to let me know that it was ready. I never received a call so I had to wait another day. Today I called to get an update, Derik said it was ready so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, the woman at the pick-up counter did not have my paperwork or keys, and it took about 15 minutes to get a hold of Derik who had the keys. I finally got my car and it is put back correctly but the lack of communication and quality control will keep from ever returning to this dealership.
