  I recently worked with Alex and Ed at Clay Cooley Kia of Plano to purchase two vehicles, a 2027 Kia Telluride and a 2026 Kia Sportage, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They made the process straightforward and stress free. It was easy to get transparent out-the-door pricing, and they quickly provided the best pricing without the typical back-and-forth games that many dealerships use. We received a fair deal on our trades, a very good deal on the Sportage, and a fair and competitive deal on the Telluride. One thing I especially appreciated was that dealer add-ons were a complete non-starter for me, and Clay Cooley Kia respected that. I did not have to deal with mandatory add-ons, surprise packages, or pressure tactics that are common at many dealerships. Alex also did a great job throughout the process with communication, follow up, inventory updates, pictures, and videos of the vehicles. It made the buying process much easier and more efficient. Overall, Clay Cooley Kia of Plano was easy to work with, fair, professional, and respectful of our time. I highly recommend Alex, Ed, and the team, and I would absolutely do business with them again.

  Recently bought a 2026 Kia Sportage XS Prestige Hybrid working with Alex and Ed. Great customer service. Alex was very responsive and sent many pictures and videos of the vehicle before my arrival. I also had a trade in. The process went smoothly. Their was good transparency and it was easy to work with them. Jett with finance was very helpful too. At my request they sent my car back to detail two times to make sure everything was perfect before I went home. Happy to have a new car and happy to have purchased with the help of Clay Cooley Plano

  We first met Barry outside the dealership cleaning up blown around cardboard. That already says something. He greeted us and immediately got us into our car to test drive. We came back a week later after comparing multiple dealership offers. He said don't worry I can beat them and he did. The experience was painless. The last time we bought a car was over 10 years ago and took all day. He wasn't pushy at all and really did get us the best deal. He also accepted our trade in at KBB value. Thank you again Barry I can't give you 10 stars because Google max is 5. See you in 3 years when we need to upgrade our hybrid sportage into a telluride or a carnival. Sorry for the long post.

  I recently leased a car from Clay Cooley Kia of Plano. The people there are all so nice. Daylon greeted me when I walked in. I told him what I was interested in, and we got to test driving right away. He answered all of my questions, and helped me narrow down my decision as I was between two different models. I came back with my family that evening to seal the deal. The process was super quick. If you’re looking into leasing or buying a Kia, this is a great place!

  I don’t usually do reviews…BUT…Here goes…Don’t waste your time elsewhere. Go buy a car from Michael Hunt at Clay Cooley Kia, and you won’t be disappointed. I have bought numerous cars in my lifetime, and 4 cars just in the last 5 years. A year ago, I bought a car from Michael, and it was a VERY different experience, BUT different in a VERY GOOD way!!! So, I went back to him and bought another car last week. Michael is EXCEPTIONAL!! First of all, you feel like you are buying from a family member. He is very knowledgeable, calm, patient, honest and trustworthy. It felt like he truly wanted to get me into the correct fit of a car for ME without trying to sell me the most expensive option as quickly as possible. He patiently listened to my needs and wants, and then presented amazing options. I did NOT feel pressured with time or expense…He made the experience very easy, simple, and at times, enjoyable. Kia is now my go to, and Michael is now my personal guide and friend when I need new cars.
