- SMSuzanne Miller3 days ago5.0I've been coming to this location for 2 years. I no longer go to the dealership because Brakes Plus can do all the services for my vehicle...faster, better, less expensive, and great customer service! I give shout outs to Dolman, the Service Advisor, who communicates clearly: Will, the technician who takes pride in fixing my vehicle and Jeff, the store Manager who's got me covered with the latest coupon. They know you by name and strive for excellence. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Brakes Plus store #100.
- MOMaria OrtegaOct 3, 20265.0Please come here they take good care of you. Dolman and Jeff are great and ask for them !!they will let you know what’s going on before doing anything and will let you know what priority and what can wait.
- KSKrysta SOct 2, 20265.0Mr. Jeff Houston was so kind. He came out and greeted me personally and was incredibly reassuring and explained everything perfectly. I appreciate his attention to detail and honesty. Very trustworthy. I will definitely be back!
- DPdarryiana perkinsOct 1, 20265.0I was in need of a brake light change and i went all over and was charged $150-$200 but brake plus charged me $0 and was very exceptional and great customer service! Will be back for any services done
- RARachel AlthoffSep 24, 20265.0Jeff provided great customer service! He was honest about what my car needed & didn’t need. He even took me to the garage to show me how much life was left in my brake pads. I went to Drivers Edge last week to have a different thing on my car fixed, and they told me I needed to replace the brake pads. I’m grateful I got a 2nd opinion at Brakes Plus.
