I was worried about a strange noise my car was making, and she actually took the time to ride along with me so she could hear exactly what I was experiencing. Her dedication to finding the problem and her incredible customer service made me feel completely taken care of. It is rare to find that level of care at an auto shop. Highly recommend seeing her!
- JBjessica beebe6 days ago5.0I came in today to figure out why my a/c wasn't working. It took an hour and a half. It only felt like 20 minutes. The staff chatted with me and kept me very entertained while I waited. Vanessa explained everything to me as best as she could considering I have zero knowledge about how air conditioning works in cars. She explained what they were going to do beforehand and then told me what possible outcomes could be. Afterwards, they gave me instructions on what to do as far as after-care goes and what to do if I experience anything new with my car. I've never been to a shop that felt like a mom-n-pop type place in a long time. The staff have a great vibe between all of them and they made me very welcome while I was there. Excellent experience and I left feeling better by going there not only because they fixed my car but because I met some really cool people that I got to spend and hour and half with!

I decided to come to Brakes Plus instead since they’ve always been a shop I trust, and Ray made the experience great. He was professional, kind, extremely friendly, and explained everything clearly. That really stood out because a lot of service places barely communicate with you anymore. The service was quick and smooth, and I felt like my car was in good hands the entire time. Great customer service from Ray, and Brakes Plus is lucky to have him on the team.

She went to another shop and they found the real problem was the A/C compressor. They replaced it, and now the car is perfect. Unfortunately, Brakes Plus misdiagnosed the problem and cost her $450.
