Very concise and informative care of my car, talked me through the process of having my brakes replaced. Non predatory bill afterwords. Thank you Vanessa and Adam!

I originally started coming here because I had purchased new tires and wanted a front end alignment. At the same time I booked an oil change. I have a Tahoe with over 140k miles and travel heavily throughout the midwest for work. I was about to make a drive out to California and back, and they understood the assignment! Adam and his team understood that safety was my biggest concern. They full evaluated every part of my truck. There were some original parts that were near the end of their life, some more critical than others. Adam and his team worked with me to determine the right path forward, and what was important to fix. Second visit - routine oil change. At this point I trust them, so doing routine work there makes absolute sense. Once they had my car up on the lift, they fully inspected the job they had done and reported there was a broken sway bar that I would have never known was broke. They took me out and showed me the part. I immediately had them fix it. Some may not like when mechanics do a complete review of your vehicle. But for me, this is crucial to my safety. With an older vehicle with this milleage, I need to know when original parts are worn out or not working efficiently. The mechanics care about the vehicles they work on, and Adam and his team care about budgets and actual situations as they occur. Couldn't be more grateful to this team and will continue to be a loyal customer for routine and replacement care.

They were busy and some staff were on lunch break but they took the time to replace a burned out headlight bulb so I didn’t have to juggle any more logistics with cars and family. Thank you!!!

Adam was very informative and helpful. They don’t nickel and dime you or convince you of something you don’t actually need. I appreciate when my services are explained. They were also VERY quick with the repairs and accommodating. We will be coming back! :)

I had a great experience at Brakes Plus, and I especially want to recognize Glenn for taking such good care of me. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took the time to walk me through everything with my tires without making me feel pressured or rushed. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely seems to care about the customer and wants to make sure you’re taken care of. Glenn made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Great customer service all around — definitely appreciate him and the Brakes Plus team. Highly recommend!
