  The Manager Tavin gave excellent service and was very knowledgeable. Being a woman and having to worry about being taken advantage of when dealing with cars and car repairs...I felt very comfortable and very impressed with the quality of service I received...I would recommend to my friends and family

  Jason and Joseph were very helpful in explaining the condition of the brakes and rotors on our Lexus RX and what needed to be done. They kept us updated and the car was ready when we picked it up. Both of the service advisors talked to us at check-out. I have been to this Brakes Plus several times and I have very high opinion of their service. The team is friendly and professional. They really seem to care about their customers.

  I originally enjoyed the service here and the staff seemed very friendly. I’m not sure what changed but the reps I’ve spoken to seem a little passive aggressive, as if coming in for service is annoying. I came multiple times for oil changes but the wait was always around 2 hours or more. I decided to schedule an appointment to avoid the long wait but it really change the wait time. It’s very disappointing and will no longer take my vehicles here.

  It was so refreshing to receive the professionalism & EXCELLENT customer service from the staff at this location! I frequently use this company for my oil changes but various locations. Tavon & Joseph provided exceptional care; giving me only the needed recommendations with realistic timelines on when to get the repairs completed. This is the only location I plan to visit in the future!! Thank you all for the wonderful experience!!!

  Jason and the team here were absolutely amazing! There was a mix-up with scheduling on Saturday, but Jason went above and beyond to work everything out and make sure I was taken care of as soon as possible. I was so relieved and genuinely appreciative! What stood out to me even more was how comfortable and welcomed they made me feel. They didn’t make me feel embarrassed or judged about my car or its condition whatsoever. That kind of genuine customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you, Jason & the entire team, for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier! I’ll definitely be returning for my future car needs. ❤️
