  Exceptional quick service forreal. Special shoutout to Jason the service advisor for getting my skid plate handled. I called before 5 PM, and they immediately had me ready to be serviced! No appointment, just dropped by. My car loves ya’ll 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 Ohio location SO underrated. So much love and appreciation! GOATED.

  My husband has had great service here before. However when I brought my car for a diagnostic, they proceeded to tell me there were several “priority” items that needed to be repaired. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I drove off with it in worse condition. I quickly returned and they “fixed” the issue. My experience with the staff and customer service was not genuine, very sales-like and left me feeling like they’re just a scam. Always get a second opinion.

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus! Manager Tavin was professional, addressed all my concerns, and answered every question without trying to sell me services I didn’t need. Although he’s only been at this location a couple of months, he’s already making a great impression. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning for future vehicle service!

  I had a mixed experience with Brakes Plus. The customer service was great—the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and quick. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the coolant flush I had done. Before agreeing to the service, I specifically asked if they used OEM parts and fluids, and I was told yes. I also explained that I take very good care of my Lexus and prefer to keep the maintenance and fluids as close to factory specifications as possible. After the service, I looked through the window and noticed they were not using genuine Lexus/Toyota OEM coolant. That was frustrating because I specifically asked about OEM fluid before authorizing the work. Had they told me upfront that they would be using an aftermarket coolant instead, I could have made an informed decision. I also noticed a bunch of smudges on the headliner and seats, apparently left behind by dirty gloves. That was especially disappointing because I take great care of my vehicle and expect it to be returned in the same condition it was brought in. What disappointed me even more was that after these issues were brought up, there was no offer to correct the coolant issue, clean the interior, provide a discount, or adjust the price. I still paid the regular price for a coolant flush that was not performed with the OEM fluid I specifically requested, and my vehicle was returned with smudges on the interior. The employees were genuinely friendly and the service was fast, which I appreciate. However, when a customer specifically asks whether OEM fluids will be used and is told yes, that expectation should be honored—or the customer should be clearly told otherwise before the work begins. The vehicle should also be handled carefully and returned clean.
