- DBDan Bailey6 days ago5.0Lauren (the general manager at this brakes plus) And her team did an amazing job, scrambling to provide not only the parts, but the service needed after I came from a different vendor that broke two of my wheel posts. I very much appreciate everything. This team did to get me in and out as fast as possible! Lauren also ensured That I would not have to pay anything by getting a referral from the other shop.

I had first gone to Meineke down the road because I had a lot trust and faith in Meineke when I lived in a different town. That is not the case for the Meineke here. I dropped off my car for a brake check, blinker replacement, and to have all the fluids topped off. Two hours later the sent me a quote for over $3000. So of course, time for a second opinion. They were trying to get me to do repairs where repairs were not necessary. Like, I needed to replace the entire coolant system. Brakes plus tested the system twice and no leaks or damage was found. Amazing team at Brakes Plus!

Lauren was so kind and even called to check on me to offer assistance again. I dropped my car off last night and even though they found another issue (my car’s an old lady 😅), we have a plan. I would definitely recommend Lauren, Josh and the team here. 💜
