  This AutoZone location was exceptionally great. Timothy, Mark, and Alex were extremely helpful. Timothy went out of his way to help me with my car's battery. This isn't even the closest AutoZone to me but I will make the trip just for the excellent service. I highly recommend them.

  My truck wouldn’t start, and naturally, I was pretty frustrated because I assumed I was going to need a new battery. I went into AutoZone, and Mark helped me out right away. He tested my battery, confirmed that it needed to be replaced, and then went the extra mile by installing the new battery for me. He did a very professional, clean job, and his attitude throughout the whole experience was outstanding. I’m normally the kind of guy who buys a battery and installs it myself, so having someone take the time to help me like Mark did really stood out. Mark, you deserve your flowers! People like you are what make a great customer experience. Salute to you, brother, and thank you for going above and beyond

  Mark and Aquante (not sure on the spelling) were both so helpful and nice. I got a new battery, but the last one I got was under warranty, so it was free for me. They put my new one in and had me on my way quickly. Great experience!

  Mark at AutoZone was amazing! He helped me figure out the issue with my check engine light and went above and beyond by coming outside and doing the work for me. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely willing to help. He was able to fix the problem and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Mark! AutoZone is lucky to have employees like you. Highly recommended!

  I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone, especially thanks to Timothée. He went above and beyond to help me with my battery replacement, even though it was already past the store’s 10 PM closing time. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and explained what he was doing throughout the process. What really stood out to me was how genuinely he cared about helping customers. He was also helping another customer old lady with her battery while assisting me, and still took the time to explain things and answer my questions. This wasn’t even my first experience with Timothée. He helped me with my previous car a few months ago and was just as helpful and informative then. After finishing my battery replacement tonight, I offered him a tip because of how much extra effort he put in, but he politely refused and instead asked me to leave a Google review for this location. So here I am! Timothée, thank you for staying late and helping me out that night. Your kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help really stood out. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like you. 5 stars without hesitation.
