  Big shout out to chris Guerrero for helping me with my battery because I thought it was my starter but he figured out it was my battery and he helped me replace it he shows excellent customer service

  Excellent service. My AC refrigerant was low and weather wise summer has really started so needed to get it sorted out. Henry, the manager was helpful and suggested not the most expensive part but the right part with no additives. He was consistent with what my trusted mechanic told me when I texted him. He came out and helped me set it up and I did the recharge. I was out in 5 mins. I’ve come to this location and had a battery testing done too in the past. It’s a great location with very helpful staff.

  Luck of knowledge and training, came to this store few times recently - employees are super slow and stubborn, gave us wrong parts and were arguing that the part is right when we brought the actual part we need as an example, with your debit card purchase they won’t give you cash - they made us go home to get the card to get money refunded. Store manager is super nice though, I wish he would be available next time when we come. And the rest or the crew we interact sucks big deal.
