    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service from Mr. Peter! I had been having issues with my car battery and wasn’t sure if the problem was the battery, alternator, or starter. Earlier in the day, I had gone to another auto parts store where they checked everything, but later that evening while I was in Allen, I noticed my dashboard lights getting dim. I immediately became concerned, especially because I live in Plano and still had to make it back home. After doing some research and trying to figure out what could be wrong, I decided to stop at AutoZone in Plano instead of going back to my usual store. I’m so glad I did! When I arrived, Mr. Peter came outside and went above and beyond to help me. He didn’t just check my battery and send me on my way. He took the time to actually look at the situation, clean my battery posts, explain what he was doing, and educate me about what was happening with my car. He was patient, professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I was okay and that my car was working properly. After he cleaned everything and made sure the connection was good, my car was working properly again! 🙌🏽 I am extremely grateful that I stopped at AutoZone tonight! Thank you, Mr. Peter, for your kindness, professionalism, and for going the extra mile to help me. You were truly a blessing to me tonight!

    I came by with my Honda passport today and was given great customer service by Peter and his crew. They helped me replace a battery I had purchased from them. I’m glad this is my local AutoZone. I even learned a little bit more about my car. When choosing service options, I recommend AutoZone, especially this location.
