  My favorite QQ location in the RGV because the manager Abraham is always working hard to help customers. I went to several other locations and the wash kept knocking my plates off. One time I had to wait a week to get them back. Abraham stopped what he was doing and helped secure my plates so we didn't have that problem anymore. I almost cancelled my membership because I was tired of constantly checking for my plates it was very stressful. I complained about this issue at several other locations and no one cared. I didn't know the other locations even had a manager because they are never present. This guy is a true manager thank you !

  Juventino Alvarez was such a courteous helper to me when he asked if he could assist me in drying my F150 truck. He even provided me a wipe to help me clean the dust from my front dashboard. Overall, the customer service & promo for the wash was excellent! And also, my truck has not shined like this in a very very long time with just the wash products I can tell are top quality as well as the entire staff and friendly too. Thank you all so much!!!
