    The worst experience ever they took about one hour just to drop off vehicle only one person working the counter and you can here a female in another office , will not return to this location

    ​First time renting a car & I couldn't be happier with the service! Leo was incredible, answering all my questions days before I even made my decision to rent a vehicle. When the time came, Pablo assisted with the rental process also answering all my questions & concerns. Both Pablo & Leo assisted with return & provided exceptional customer service & made everything smooth & completey stressfee from beginning to end. Huge thanks to both of them! A Highly recommend!

    The car was in poor condition and had no gas and it took a long time to rent it even though I already had a confirmation

    Do NOT recommend coming to this enterprise whatsoever. They never answer calls, they literally just listen to the phones ring and the manager is so rude to not only customers but she’s also so demanding to the staff and rolls her eyes when they walk away. She should not be the manager and they definitely need to do something about getting more staff or something to attend all the people not only calling but the ones waiting in the lobby for HOURS
