- GEgael escobar2 days ago1.0Never answer calls to renew lease. They just hang up or take you straight to the voicemail machine. Don't rent here, go to mcallen or somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

The guy who works behined the counter took him 30 minutes ro question me more than an fbi agent The wait was since 8 am as im writing this still have no car 9.45. I mean every single person in this location is pissed since I got here not a single person have left yet and the lot is full of Cara. I dont know is it power trip or just stupidity. Don't get me wrong every single enterprise location is fast and in and out but this is the most horrible location I wver been in from Management to employees horrible. Attitude. Look at thier reviews

And shortly after THE TIRE BLEW OUT ON THE HIGHWAY while traveling with my entire family. I contacted roadside assistance and was met with unprofessional service. I was told someone was on their way, yet after waiting TWO HOURS nobody showed up. I had no choice but to call my own roadside assistance and they arrived within 15 minutes. Being left stranded on the highway with my family due to a poorly maintained vehicle in completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before renting here.
