  Scheduled a service appointment for a fog light assembly replacement and verified with the service advisor the part was available before booking the appointment. Arrived for service, waited for 3 hours to then be advised they didn’t have the part available anymore. The advisor said they could have the part in the next day but that my appointment wouldn’t be a priority. Last time I visit this dealership. Only reason for giving it 3 stars and not one is the fact the advisor was polite and professional.

  Started off good. Dropped it off on Tuesday for a recall. Was told the vehicle would be ready in the afternoon. Was advised mid morning. That part had to be ordered and would arrive in the morning and car should be ready Wednesday by noon. Never heard anything g and sent the service rep a text at 2 Wednesday for a status update and never heard back from him called at 3 spoke with the rep and he said he would figure out what’s going on and would call me back. Called me after 5 pm and advised part never came in and part was on hold. Indefinitely. I told Jim I would pick up the vehicle Thursday morning between 8 and 9.am. Ho at 930 and he tells me the mechanic got the part from somewhere and it would take an hour to install. So I ended up waiting. They ended up taking $10 off for the oil change I had done but overall the la k of communication was terrible. I have a four runner that I’ve had since 2017 and have never experienced anything like this from Toyota service department.

  Paid over 1k for services on my vehicle. No notes stating a “previous” damaged window channel when they serviced my vehicle. Wind is coming into my vehicle when I drive and this didn’t happen until after they serviced my vehicle. I’m pretty sure they bent it when replacing the window regulator. 0 star for lack of accountability.

  Anai is the best! If you are looking for a professional, friendly and knowledgeable person, Anai is the perfect representative when shopping for a vehicle. My brother and I visited this place and we were very impressed with the service and attention we received from Anai. She was professional, attentive and very helpful.   I don't usually write reviews, but this experience deserves one. Buying a car is already a huge decision, and buying one 500 miles away, sight unseen, without ever test driving it? That's a whole different level of scary, confusing, and nerve-wracking decision to make.I live in Ft. Worth and Clark Knapp Honda is all the way in Pharr, TX, so it was obvious to be skeptical. I almost backed out more than once, but Mr. Chase reassured me every step of the way and promised the vehicle would be delivered the next day, fully on the dealership's responsibility until it was handed over to me (minus the windshield). He kept his word. A few things that blew me away: - **Price** was great for a certified used Honda CR-V 2024 - **1.29% APR** thanks to my credit score — didn't expect that on a used car - **Zero pressure** — nobody got pushy or weird even when I had questions or hesitations - Mr. Chase personally **drove the car 500 miles** to deliver it the very next morning - Before that, he sent me a **detailed video walkthrough** of the car so I knew exactly what I was getting, no surprises - Mr. David made the **paperwork smooth and easy** from start to finish Honestly, the whole team made what should've been a stressful process feel easy and trustworthy. I highly recommend Clark Knapp Honda, and this will be my go-to dealership going forward, for myself, my friends, and my family. If you're considering an out-of-town purchase like I did: please still do your due diligence and ask every question you can think of before committing. But if Clark Knapp Honda is on your list, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Thank you to the whole team, especially Mr. Chase and Mr. David!
