  Great experience, great communication, zero complaints. I purchased my Honda with Tony in December of 2025 and he still checks in on me 8+ months later. Justin in Service was wonderful and even offered me a courtesy ride while I waited for my oil change service and recall to be done. All in all so glad I made the switch to Honda and truly happy I chose Clark-Knapp Honda

  Great dealership with excellent customer service. Ask for Coach Navarro. He helped me out. If the coach tells you soemthing, you know its the truth. He was very patient and knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. He was honest and upfront throughout the process. Best part is, I was in and out with my new Honda in just a couple of hours. The finance part was quick and easy too.

  We shopped around for our next vehicle and are glad Abraham at Clark Knapp Honda assisted us in making the purchase as easy as possible. Abraham is very knowledgeable about his inventory and a big plus was that he knew current promotions being offered. We were so impressed with the level of service we recieved and are sure will continue to do business there. And that’s cause Brownsville Honda is our neighbor literally being a few blocks away from our home but we are willing to do the drive cause we know we will get exceptional customer service.   I'm very pleased with the staff at Clark-Knapp Honda. I walked in without an appointment and was able to test drive certified, pre-owned and also new Odyssey's, CRV's and HR-V's. They had a number of colors as well. They worked with my request for getting OTD price before we talked about other logistics. And they offered very close to the money that Carvana offered me for my trade-in, making buying a vehicle so much easier than in the past. An Allstate agent was on the premises and worked up a decent price on car insurance as well. What I really appreciate is their patience in explaining all the options without pressuring me. I purchased a Certified 2026 HR-V with 5569 miles in Platinum White Pearl, 2WE CVT. Rick and Brian were especially helpful. They did all the paperwork and transferred my handicap plates over. I was pleasantly surprised to drive home in my HR-V on the same day. It's nice to be back home with Honda! I may even trade up to a CRV down the road a ways. I would recommend Clark-Knapp Honda and their folks if you are looking for a dependable car. And the extended warranties allow you to take your vehicle to other places, which is a huge bonus. I had a flat on my Nissan Kicks but couldn't take it down the street to fix the flat tire. I had to drive all the way to the dealership where I bought it and wait hours for the tire to be fixed under the warranty.
