  I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW Pharr and the process was amazingly simple. My salesperson Aaron Martinez was so friendly and stepped up to the plate for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I received the best deal possible. I did my homework before walking in so I knew what I was walking in to, and still got blown away on how much I saved.   No one ever answers at the service. Even when leaving a message with the front receptionist, they do not respond. I had an appointment for an oil change and selected the option that I was going to wait for my vehicle. Never was I told I needed to drop off the vehicle since it was going to take 4 hours plus. They were about to close, and I kept calling to see if the shuttle was going to pick me up to get my vehicle. Although I did get it back the same day, not having communication through the entire time is not good.

  Mr Scott was awesome from the minute I walked into the service area. It took a bit to get to me as I was the 4th customer and all associates were taking care of customers. I feel I was the luckiest as I was lucky to be assisted by Mr Scott. A true professional with my needs as his priorities. A true professional. Customer service definitely a priority at the Pharr, Tx BMW location….
