  I just want to take a moment to thank Daniela and Aaron for making the entire process of getting my new BMW so easy and enjoyable. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable, respected, and never pressured. I really appreciate how patient and helpful they were, and how they took the time to make sure I felt good about my decision. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the experience smooth and actually enjoyable.   My 2nd BMW, brand new from dealership purchased here. Have less than 30k miles and less than 2 years of ownership. Brought it a few times here for issues, they can't fix it, they give me a different story every single time. Then it turns out its water damage, out of warranty, want me to pay $1000.00 to fix it. Horrible service, they never have a loaner vehicles available, rude reps. I had it with them. I email corporate with everything, no more BMW for me and this dealership. I'm taking my business elsewhere with Audi, Mercedes Benz..anywhere is better than here

  Service was super slow, for an oil change and a tire rotation it took more than 24 hours to get my car back. Mind you, I had an appointment at 9:15am, and still didn’t get my car till the following day after 11am. When so texted my advisor helping, he never answered his phone or retired my text messages in a timely manner. So if you do need service at BMW, make sure you don’t make plans for at least 24-48 hours to be on the safe side.

  Love the vehicle !!!! BUT their customer service is horrible and it always has been. They don’t care about customer only about making a sale once you have purchased the vehicle you get the run around and all of the sudden everyone is busy and can’t return calls. I’m still waiting on a call back from Rene manager/supervisor it’s been two weeks and I can guarantee he’s not calling back.

  Experience was fantastic! The car was exactly as described online. We drove in from out of town, and they had the vehicle ready for us to view and test drive. Most of the paperwork was already completed, which made the process quick and easy. The entire sales team was very approachable, and even the Sales Manager took the time to introduce himself. Aaron, you were great! The Finance Manager was also very professional. Javier Palacios, you have an amazing team!Thank you all for making our car buying experience such a great one!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
