Jagger was beyond helpful! He was not only knowledgeable about my inspection, but he also provided advice on how to go about getting my required documents taken care of for my car. Many thanks to him!

Brought my 2010 F-150 in with problems I didn’t see coming, including getting it to start again. Staff stayed helpful and stuck with it through the unexpected issues until the truck was running and serviced. Clear work, no runaround. Will come back.

The folks at this location are awesome! I take all of my vehicles there for inspections and any routine maintenance needed. They’re fast, polite and professional. I came with my dog, Milo, today and they treated him like a customer too. Even their corporate social media team reached out to us. I always feel good whenever I leave Valvoline because I know my vehicles are in good hands.

I stopped in this past Friday (9/18/26) to get an oil change and new battery for my car. The technician checked my last visit & told me I wasn't due for another oil change for at least 4K more miles. He also checked my battery and told me my battery is still pretty strong and in good condition. He topped off my fluids and sent me on my way with a smile. I must say, the honesty threw me off, because that's a rarity with this type business. I was highly impressed. I can't remember the technician's name, but I can say that both young men were extremely friendly and gave excellent customer service. This is the 2nd time I received honest, excellent service from this company. I received the same type service with another locating in Pflugerville when I got my oil changed. Valvoline has a customer in me for life.

Charles at valvoline checked my coolant for me to see if it was time to change it and topped off my washer fluid. The reading showed that my coolant was good for now. I will go back and they will be doing my coolant. Charles earned my business. He also provided me with the pricing. I appreciated how helpful and polite he was.
