  I couldn’t have experienced a better place to have taken my car. The shop dropped everything to make sure my car was taken care of. Mike the store manager and justin made me feel my car was the most important thing. will be bringing my vehicle here every time

  Uggh, this will be a little long. I wish we had the wonderful experience at this location so many others have had but we did not and it this liven does not deserve 1 star. The following happened to us last Sunday on Mother's Day: My brother had all 4 of his tires changed at a NTB on Saturday in Austin, the day before Mother's Day. Soon after he left the shop he said his car was shaky and thought maybe the tires weren't balanced correctly. The following day, Mother's Day, he picked up my niece and I to go to our granny's house to celebrate the day. I suggested we find a NTB nearby and get the problem taken care of. My brother went in, talked to the guy, came back out and said they're bringing the truck in. All 3 of us walked in, niece and I sat down while my brother handed the reciept to 1 of 2 guys, a young Asian guy and a much older guy who said he was a new hire. There was exactly 1 customer in the whole place. The younger guy quickly says he can't do the repair because the work was done at another location. WHAT??? I asked aren't all the NTBs connected? He says yes but they (the repair guys) have to get paid, I said my brother already paid for the service. We left, I called the Austin location and asked, can we go to another location to have an issue looked at? Jordan quickly says yes you can. I explained what just happened to its and that we're returning to the Pflugerville location. Jordan says he'll call the shop and let them know we're coming back. We go back in, young guy is on the phone inside the repair shop area, we wait 5 minutes for him to get off the phone, he takes my brother's car key and takes the car in. No apology, no courtesy and he would not look my way the whole entire 45 minutes or so that we were there. I googled the question, "if we received service at one NTB can we go to another location for repair?" The first 2 words in that answer was "Yes" and "absolutely". Reason given "if the service was received within 30 days you can go to any location" and "this is a NATIONAL company you can go anywhere in this country". NATIONAL is literally in the name. I held up my phone to both the young guy and the older guy and said look at this, it says we can go anywhere and this is very basic knowledge for this company. He said he didn't know, I said yes you did but my question to you is what did we do to you to receive such disrespect??? He now says "I apologize if I made you feel uncomfortable or if you felt disrespected. Really? I had to get in your face for this sudden burst of what ever that was after nearly 50 minutes of sitting no more than 3 feet away from you? Smh. BTW, apology not accepted dude. If anyone from corporate would like more information feel free to reach out to me, I have it recorded but as I understand it so do you, the lobby/sitting area has a camera.

  Huge shoutout to Aaron and Mike at NTB. Great service from start to finish; quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Even though I showed up 45 minutes before closing, they still took care of everything professionally and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend these guys if you want honest, quality service done right.

  The team at this shop led my Mike were very professional. I experienced an above and beyond effort to ensure my tires got replaced even though the tire spec that was qouted me over the phone by the customer service was not available at the store. They truly cared about the customer and the company reputation.

  Solid work at NTB this morning. Rolled in driving on the spare after a flat and Mike jumped straight on it. No drama — he pulled the bad tire, patched it up clean and proper, got it aired up. Straightforward, skilled work from a guy who knows exactly what he’s doing. 10/10. If your tires need work, this is the place.
