Highly recommend very professional easy to work with. quick turnaround time 2 1/2 days to get my bumper fixed I will definitely be coming back here from now on
~2 years ago, my 2016 Accord hit a large piece of retread truck tire on the highway. Some headlights were completely missing. This shop was great. Now my 2024 Accord was rear ended, hit & run. Today, I got the General Manager. He said my damage was cosmetic, not structural. He could have easily persuaded me to do the repair. He didn't. When people tell you things that make you not pay them, they are honest.
As a small business part owner, I _know_ that customers are sometimes lied to make a small job into a big job. So I when I get honesty, I appreciate it and will always come back here.

Jay, the technician at this location, went absolutely above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. I originally came in to have scratches repaired on my rear bumper, and he did an excellent job. He even took the time to help remove scratches from my passenger-side door, which I truly appreciated.
The quality of the work was outstanding, and Jay’s positive attitude and professionalism made the entire experience even better. He was amazing to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the service I received.

I would never recommend Gerber Collision to anyone based on my experience.
When I brought my truck in, I was initially told it would likely be totaled. Instead, it was repaired and returned to me with multiple issues that should have been addressed before it ever left the shop. Numerous scratches and damaged areas were left unrepaired, and the quality of the work was far below what I expected from a professional collision repair center.
I was also told that the damage was caused by me losing control of my vehicle, which was completely inaccurate. Another driver hit my vehicle, causing me to strike a barrier. It was frustrating to hear my accident misrepresented while my concerns about the repairs were being overlooked.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of professionalism from both management and staff. Communication was poor, my concerns were not taken seriously, and I felt like I was being pushed aside rather than helped.
The repair quality was so disappointing that I eventually had my truck transferred to another shop. Even then, the vehicle was never properly restored to a condition I was satisfied with. In the end, I decided to trade it in and purchase a new vehicle rather than continue dealing with the unresolved issues.
I expected quality workmanship, honesty, and professional customer service. Instead, I was left with an improperly repaired vehicle and a very frustrating experience. Based on what I went through, I would not trust Gerber Collision with my vehicle and would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before having repairs done here.

I had an excellent experience at Gerber Collision & Glass. I was already very stressed coming in because of everything surrounding my accident, but from the moment I arrived, the customer service was absolutely amazing.
Check-in was quick and easy—it took maybe five minutes to get signed in and complete the paperwork. The receptionistmade me feel welcomed, comfortable, and reassured during a time when I really needed that.
What stood out the most was the gentleman named Jay who came to get my vehicle. He had such a positive attitude and genuinely cared. He did not make me feel like I was just another customer or that he was going through the motions. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in my day.
You can tell when people take pride in their work and care about customers, and that was definitely the case here. Thank you to the whole team for making a stressful situation so much easier.
