  I had an excellent experience at Gerber Collision & Glass. I was already very stressed coming in because of everything surrounding my accident, but from the moment I arrived, the customer service was absolutely amazing. Check-in was quick and easy—it took maybe five minutes to get signed in and complete the paperwork. The receptionistmade me feel welcomed, comfortable, and reassured during a time when I really needed that. What stood out the most was the gentleman named Jay who came to get my vehicle. He had such a positive attitude and genuinely cared. He did not make me feel like I was just another customer or that he was going through the motions. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in my day. You can tell when people take pride in their work and care about customers, and that was definitely the case here. Thank you to the whole team for making a stressful situation so much easier.

  I had a great experience with this shop. Niyah at the front desk was incredibly professional and friendly made the entire process easy. Highly recommend them for high-quality service.

  Had a service recently done in Gerber Pflugerville location. Jberlyn avila took care of it pretty nicely and delivered much earlier than initially thought. Overall happy with his service.

  Came in for repair, did not fixed the issues all they did is fix the back bumper and they do not want to communicate all they can explain is it did not come on the scan, if you can see the problem with your own eyes what do you need scan for . Do not recommend. Waste of met time.
