  I came to Express Oil Change for an oil change, and the service was fast, organized, and professional. Dominic was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and knew exactly what it needed. He took the time to explain everything and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend coming to this location for all your car care needs!

  This place has gone downhill in a hurry. Overcharging for basic maintenance, keep your vehicle all day only to perform an oil change and not get to any of the work requested, treat customers rudely. Was a customer for years, will not be back, sadly.

  I've been a long time customer of Express Oil Change For a couple of years now and the reason I go back is because of the great customer service! Dominick is a great technician and explains everything thoroughly. I recommend them if you are short on time and need a quick oil change.

  I paid over $100 for an oil change and ended up stranded on the side of the road in 104° heat because the under-engine cover was not reinstalled properly. About 15 miles after leaving the shop, it came loose and started dragging, creating a dangerous and frustrating situation that should never occurred. To their credit, the staff was courteous, apologetic, and offered a complimentary tire rotation as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts that never happened. An apology is appreciated, but it needs to be backed up with action and follow-through. I've been a loyal customer for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. When you're paying premium prices, you expect competent workmanship, attention to detail, and responsive customer service. In this case, the shop fell short on all three.   Went for an oil change last Friday- service was amazing! I’ve used this place for a long time and was happy with it until a few years ago. It had taken a turn for the worst. I decided to give it one more try last Friday and I couldn’t have been happier! I was so pleasantly surprised at the service that I made a comment to the gentlemen and he informed me they had new folks working there. I was greeted very soon after arriving, didn’t have to wait very long for my turn either. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, worked together like a team, and made me feel like I could trust their work. Dominic and Austin were the employees that helped me the most, they were awesome!
