  I have always considered Enterprise my go-to rental car company, so I was particularly disappointed by my experience today. I understand that vehicles can sell out, especially when a reservation is made the same morning, and I recognize that this can happen. What was most frustrating, however, was being left without any transportation options after arriving at the Enterprise location on FM 685 in Pflugerville. In the past, I have had Enterprise employees help coordinate transportation to a nearby location when the original location was unable to accommodate my rental. Unfortunately, that assistance was not offered today, which left me stranded and without a practical way to get to another Enterprise location. I hope another Enterprise location will be able to accommodate my rental today. More importantly, I hope this experience can be used as an opportunity to improve how situations like this are handled. I can understand a location being out of vehicles; what was difficult to understand was being left without options or assistance. I have generally had very positive experiences with Enterprise, which is why today’s experience was especially disappointing.

  The guys at the Pflugerville location are very helpful and patient. Great job! Will definitely use them next time I need a car service. Both cars i rented were exactly what I needed for travel and for a daily commute.

  My experience with service was pretty good. Renting and returning was no problem and I didn't have to wait long. The staff was friendly and helpful. To be critical, they could use a better car wash system. My rental had bug splatter all over the front end when I pick it up.

  Horrible experience. It started with my confirmed pickup time at 6pm. I get there and they were closed. Why would you offer a pickup time at 6pm if you close at that time?? I had to flag down an employee leaving in his car to see what was going on. He said there is an arrive 15-minutes early policy and they are now closed. There was no mention of arriving early in my confirmation email ot text messages I received. I came in the next morning and my car still was not cleaned so I had to wait for that before I could get on my way with my road trip. The windshield was cleaned horribly, leaving steaks all over that obstructed my view. The tires were low so I had to fill all four tires before I could get on my way. Came back to drop it off and they wanted to charge me $150 cleaning fee for the dog fur that was left behind. The manager said there is a no pet policy and I told him I thoroughly read the contract and did not see any mention of that. Ok, so we go vacuum the car ourselves to avoid the fee. When I came back I asked the manager to show me exactly where the no pet policy is mentioned in the contract. He goes to the back and then comes up to say he "doesn't know where it is stated in the contract but just like no smoking in the car, it's similar." It's seems like they are making up "policies" as they go. Horrible experience, I wish I could leave zero stars.

  Fuel recording system has some issue. When I received car it was showing 3/4 full tank on the dash. So while returning car I took car back with same amount of fuel. Representative told me car is 4 gallons short, when I tried to explain, he was very rude and not at all interested/attempted to resolve my query. his words “Either you fill 4 gallons, or I can charge it to card on file.” So when I went and filled 4 gallons of gas. now car dashboard shows a full tank. after returning, I pointed it to the same representative that and again his comment “there must be something wrong with the car” Not at all happy with this encounter. this not about 4 gallons of gas. but If I am pointing it out that I got car with 3/4 tank and I got response “all our cars are chipped in for fuel measurement” and when shown that its wrong another response stating “ there must be something is wrong with car”. First photo is when I got the car and second photo is when I returned after adding 4 gallons.
