  This place rented me a car that’s not street legal. Notice how the license plate is the in the window, illegal in Texas. Also the vechicle has over 40k miles and lots of scratches and body damage see the pictures. They don’t even have the decency to pick up the phone when you call about it. Also the national hotline just ran me around in circles as well. I’m literally stuck unable to drive and no one at enterprise is able to help for some reason. Never again.

  Horrible service, would use any other car rental service before this place. So much for we will come to you ! Was told we don’t do that and had to waste hours of my day going back and forth to be able to pick up a car we were told would be delivered to repair shop. Worst service and lack of knowledge I’ve ever seen from a car rental company.

  Worst experience of my life. No one knows how to to communicate. I had to wait for repairs because they said they would not have an equivalent vehicle. I scheduled for them to be there at 930 I have 2 small daughters where I have to switch car seats etc and they were not there tried to call for an hr no answer the repair place tried to call I had to call round rock location where I was on hold for an hour my husband had to get off work and just come get me .. again I waiting with 2 small daughters (infant and toddler) they never showed up. If you need them to pick you up do not plan for them to be there make other arrangements!!! Worst customer service .. worst management..

  Let me preface this review with the fact that I rent cars from Enterprise almost weekly for business trips, and this is a long read. Typically I have great experiences at every location. Today, I had a rental from a San Marcos store break down on me. I came in because this was the closest to my current location. I was told there was nothing for me. That's reasonable. What happened next was not... this girl had the idea to suggest I take THEIR CAR to a mechanic. Sorry, what!? How is YOUR car MY problem? I reacted accordingly... "Girl...(long stare)." I then asked if she knew where the next closest location was. She did not. (All other locations have been able to perform this simple request over the last 5 years, so this blew my mind.) I gave a heavy sigh, said "ok, thanks" (yes I was snarky, and no, I don't feel like that was uncalled for) and walked out. THEN... her little coworker comes out all puffy and takes a photo of my license plate. "Do we have an additional issue here," I asked. "Yes, we are reporting your behavior." "Ok, she definitely didn't need to act like that with me either." Done. Here's the thing, folks... in no way should a customer service agent EVER make the company's problem into the customer's problem. We pay good money to rent these cars. A simple, "I'm so sorry that we can't help you today. Let me direct you to the next location or you can wait here while your San Marcos agent finds a new car for you" would have been the appropriate response to this. The WORST thing they could ever do is tell the customer to take THEIR car to the shop for them. This whole team was just kids, so I'm going to say their manager did a very poor job with their training. Go down the road to the Wells Branch location, where you'll be treated with professionalism and grace, not told to do their job for them. Adding for Enterprise, no, I will not contact you at your website. You know there are tons of customer service complaints. Just fix the issues or stop pretending to care about this location.

  Despite making a reservation a week in advance, there were no cars clean and ready to go resulting in a wait of an hour. When I asked Courtney, the guy at the front desk what was going he sarcastically stated "what's going on is we have cars they are being detailed." His tone made me think this is normal for this location. I've rented from several different locations and have never had this problem anywhere else. To top it off once I did get a vehicle, it did not have working a/c. I called to ask them to bring a different car because I needed to work, but of course they were not accommodating and put it back on me to return the vehicle for a swap. Please avoid this location if at all possible. Horrible customer service. No accountability or care for other people's time.
