  Condition of the vehicle was a disgrace. I was in a time crunch so I took the vehicle but returned it early just as soon as I was able. I rejected the first car offered due to bald tires. The rep was reluctant to give me another car until I finally said I did not feel comfortable with the bald tires. Then they gave me a completely unwashed and unserviced car. Front end and windshield were covered in bugs. Inside was not cleaned either and the back carpet was coming up and all wrinkled. I could not clean the windshield because the washer fluid was empty. I had to buy and add 1 gallon of washer fluid myself. Gas was also almost empty, so I had to fill the tank before hitting the road. There was also a crack in the windshield and the front tires were only a little better than the 1st car they offered. As a result of the a above, I returned the call early and will never use enterprise in Pflugerville again. I am truly shocked that a company like enterprise would rent any car in such a state.

  In and out super friendly. Rented a van for a weekend trip to Dallas. Got a great price online. Only thing after hours parking is crazy. Great location will rent from here again.

  We reserved 2 vans back in March for June. 1 week before our event they called to let us know "they couldn't find any vans" and basically told us they couldn't help us at all and that we should be appreciative that they called to let us know. Wow! We will never rent from enterprise again. Shout out to budget for taking care of us.

  As usual, Enterprise provided excellent service. I’ve been renting vehicles for about 20 years, and once I started using Enterprise, I never felt the need to rent from any other company. The staff is always friendly, the process is easy, and the vehicles are consistently clean and well-maintained. What has kept me coming back all these years is that even when I’ve had issues or unexpected problems in the past, Enterprise has always gone above and beyond to take care of me and make things right. This rental was another great experience, and I truly appreciate the reliable customer service I’ve received over the years.
