  I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent service experience. I was charged $150 for an oil and engine filter change despite the ongoing $20 promotional offer valid through the end of September. Furthermore, I was billed for a tire rotation that was never performed, with the manager citing a lack of necessary equipment. Due to these pricing discrepancies and the failure to provide the promised services, I have decided to discontinue my patronage of this facility.

  Be cautious when booking an oil change online with Brakes Plus. My daughter booked the advertised $29.99 conventional oil change, and the website showed “Promotion applied.” When she arrived, no one told her that her car required synthetic oil, that the promotion wouldn’t apply, or what the higher price would be before performing the service. We only agreed to add a ~$29 air filter, yet the final bill was around $130. When questioned, we were told the store doesn’t see what customers select online and it’s the customer’s responsibility to know which oil their vehicle requires. Most concerning, the paperwork she signed had the Estimate Amount left completely blank. I’ve contacted corporate and will update my review depending on how they resolve this.

  I usually change my car brakes myself, and I replaced them about six months ago. After about 4–5 months, I started hearing a squeaking noise whenever I applied the brakes. I didn’t have enough time to take everything apart again and figure out what was causing it, so I decided to bring my car here. Within 15–20 minutes, they inspected the car and found the problem. The price was very reasonable, they fixed the issue quickly, and within about 30 minutes I was back on the road. Really good customer service! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the person helping me at the front desk, but he was very helpful and professional. Great job

  I got my brake pads replaced and rotors machine here a couple of weeks ago. I now have to book an appointment with someone that knows what they're doing instead to have my brakes redone and my rotors replaced. Sales guy told me 1½ hours and I'd be out the door 6 hours before they wrapped up. Told me 45 more minutes 4 hours before completion and a couple of 30 more minutes thrown in for good measure. I never asked. He ordered the wrong parts at least once and then the price "hook up" I was told I was going to get was to not charge me for the extra parts that didn't fit my truck This was for brakes and struts. I understand the timeline on this can take a while but they shouldn't let their sales guy make promises that their novice mechanic can't back up. UPDATE: I just had another mechanic fix my continuing brake issues and these folks left completely worn out brakes on my fronts. They didn't even perform the work I paid for.
