  I was recommended by a family member to come fix my car here. I came inn unexpectedly but Hector was able to fit me in and fix my car the same day. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. Hector noted all the concerns and took care of them on this visit !!WOW!!! My vehicle is performing top tier and feels much better now !!! I will return for all my services and schedule them moving forward .. THANK YOU Kate and the Brakes plus team !!

  Was referred to by Discount Tire. Came over and had Kate Bruton get right to helping me and setting me up. They also found additional small issues that were promptly addressed. Appreciate Kate and the team’s promptness as well as their kindness. Will come here again.

  Hector is amazing. I came yesterday because my brakes were squeaking so badly. I was confused because i bought the brakes brand new and had just had them installed by a mechanic. Turns out they were installed incorrectly. Hector walked me through and showed me what was wrong and gave me the price to fix it. I’m in the middle of moving across the country to I’m tight on funds but the price he gave was the price I paid. He also gave me a discount on cleaning up the inside of the drum on my back brakes, which I’m so grateful for. My car is braking perfectly and I feel so much safer driving it. This was my first time going to brakes plus and I was afraid because usually mechanics try to get you to buy so many unnecessary services. I will recommend to friends.

  My husband took his truck for an A/C check which he was told was free prior to him taking his truck in. They told him that he did not have any leaks then put freon in his truck but then said his compressor needed to be replaced. They then charged him over $100 to take the Freon out, and no Freon in the truck when he had some Freon prior to them putting freon in the truck! What happened to the free A/C check? And why didn’t they check the pressure of the compressor before adding freon?

My check engine light had been periodically turning on and off, and I was convinced I was looking at a several-hundred-dollar spark plug replacement. After taking the time to properly troubleshoot the issue, the team discovered that the real problem was simply some loose wires around the battery that were causing the check engine light to come on. Instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, they were honest and transparent about what was actually wrong. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days, and it starts with Manager Kate Bruton. Kate, thank you for always taking such great care of your customers and leading a team that puts people first. You’ve earned a customer for life!
