- DPDaina PMay 11, 20261.0I’ll start by saying it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone — even the 800 customer service number. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it. Then, less than two weeks after paying over $1,000 to have my windshield replaced, it cracked again in almost the exact same spot as before. I was told it was caused by an impact, but that only raises concerns about the quality of the glass being used. A newly replaced windshield should not crack again that quickly under normal circumstances, especially in nearly the same location.
- JJJTMay 5, 20261.0Quoted price was not accurate and had to pay more money… they waited till after they started on the vehicle to inform of this which forces the customer to pay because what are you gonna do drive without glass… also after the service the power window doesn’t work so now I have to take off work to bring the vehicle back in because vehicle is not eligible for mobile service. The entire process has been one big headache.
