  I have been a customer of Safelite for many years and have generally experienced satisfactory service until the incident on Monday. The technician caused damage by scratching the clear coat in three locations, failed to reinstall the molding, spilled adhesive extensively, damaged the sides of the molding, and did not replace all of my stickers. The windshield was left uncleaned, merely covered with dirt, and there was no verification that the wipers were replaced or that the repellent treatment was applied, despite my purchase of the premium package. I was assured that a manager would visit the following day; however, I waited without receiving any communication. Consequently, I had to contact the service provider to schedule an appointment at 6am Upon my arrival, the technician refused to accept any responsibility, even after admitting fault. They suggested it was my fault or claimed that the peeling of the vehicle was due to initial conditions, which I firmly disputed. When questioned about the use of aftermarket glass rather than the original manufacturer’s glass, they explained that insurance coverage does not include that adjustment, and I was compelled to pay out of pocket. This experience felt disrespectful and dismissive of my role as a customer. Furthermore, the technician remarked that the previous installation was of poor workmanship. Having previously used Safelite without issue, this incident conveyed a lack of regard for my concerns and a diminished sense of my customer rights. I am thus reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General for Consumer Protection. Such conduct is absolutely unacceptable.

  Safelite was easily accessible online, responsive and very convenient. Technician Bryan was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns. For this being my first experience with driving and a rock breaking my windshield, Safelite was peace of mind, the cost was reasonable and technician was quick! I highly recommend. Thank you Safelite!

  Company made an extra $200 by "accidentally overcharging" my cards and haven't heard anything back from them for 2 days on fixing the issue, as well as the technician damaging my hood by leaving a huge deep scratch on the driver's side, which they deny they did of course, the technician also left pieces of his tools in my car, like little rubber pieces so trash was left in my car, left dirty sweat marks on the paint, list goes on. Im about to start calling them 24/7 until they respond. Absolutely do not recommend. Attached below are a couple pictures, 1 of the damage and 2 is some of the trash he left

  The first person that came to repair couldn't complete, because the replacement windshield was cracked already, so I had to reschedule for the next day. It didn't take long to reschedule
