  My representative Juan was very efficient. He arrived early started right away and was done in no time all I had to do was hand over the keys, go in my house and relax. He made this first time experience well worth it.

  Great experience! Done through Geico to fix a windshield rock chip. Was contacted appropriately before the appointment so I was aware of timelines, educated on windshield repair, estimation, and expectations. Great service and everything went as smoothly as possible. No notes on anything that could be improved!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Safelite. I brought my 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB in for a windshield replacement, and immediately afterward my vehicle began displaying a “Restraint System Malfunction — Service Required” warning. This warning was NOT present before Safelite replaced my windshield. I went back to Safelite twice trying to get this issue resolved, and instead of taking responsibility or even seriously trying to determine what happened, I was basically told that it was not their problem. What makes this even more frustrating is that my Safelite technician, Dakota, actually spoke directly with Shan, a Mercedes-Benz service manager, to discuss what could have happened during the windshield replacement. According to Shan, the glass was removed incorrectly and the A and B brackets needed to be removed to properly remove the windshield. During that conversation, Dakota acknowledged that he did not remove them and explained that Safelite uses a tool to remove the glass. I ultimately had to spend half of my day at Mercedes-Benz getting my vehicle repaired because of an issue that did not exist before Safelite touched my car. The part that bothered me the most was the lack of accountability and customer service. After I returned multiple times with a legitimate safety restraint/airbag system warning, the Safelite manager never even came out to speak with me personally, look at my vehicle, or try to find a solution. Instead, I was told it wasn’t their problem. This is a 2024 Mercedes, and I trusted Safelite to replace my windshield correctly without creating additional problems with my vehicle’s safety systems. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds when something goes wrong says everything. I would have had much more respect for Safelite if management had simply listened, investigated the situation, and worked with me to make it right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this location, especially if you have a newer vehicle with advanced safety systems.

  I had my window replaced today, and while the technician completed the replacement smoothly, I noticed afterward that the new window does not have tint to match the rest of my vehicle. Before scheduling this appointment, I explicitly explained my tint requirements over the phone to ensure Safelite could meet them. Had I known this service could not be provided, I would have gone with a different provider. I feel disappointed as I paid for a complete service that was not delivered as promised based on my initial consultation. My technician was understand and great! He was kind and informative even though I was not satisfied.

  Excellent service from Safelite AutoGlass! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job replacing my windshield. The communication and customer service were also great. I really appreciate the attention to detail and hassle-free experience. I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass to anyone needing glass repair or replacement!
