  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Ocean Express Pearland, and Javion provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my car wash. His customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. I definitely appreciate Javion’s effort and professionalism. Employees like him are a great representation of Ocean Express. I’ll definitely be back!

He was professional, friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. You can tell Javion takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers he serves. His attitude and level of service stood out immediately, and employees like him deserve to be recognized. Management, please make sure Javion gets the credit he deserves!   I’ve been coming here for years and they are always friendly. Javion starts the process with a smile. He makes sure you get the car wash that best fits your needs. They make sure to clean your inside throughly. I love the fact that if you get the inside of the cash washed the signature included rinsing off rubber mats. If I see a spot was missed they will always correct it for you with a smile. It’s a quick and easy process.

  Javion always provides great customer service and the best deals! I visit this car wash about every other week, and he’s consistently friendly, helpful, and makes sure I’m taken care of. My car is beautifully cleaned - tires shining just immaculate Definitely recommend!

  I had a great experience at Ocean Express Car Wash in Pearland! Javion provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile and makes you feel like a valued customer. Javion definitely made the experience stand out. Great service all around, and I’ll definitely be back!
