  I’ve continued coming to this location mainly because it’s convenient to both my house and my job, but yesterday was absolutely my last straw. One thing that’s frustrating right away is that you can’t clearly see the pricing if you end up in the middle lane. You can see it from the right lane and the left lane, but not the middle, which already creates confusion. Beyond that, the biggest issue is the staff. The behavior has come across as rude, overly playful, and unprofessional multiple times. When you address it or question something, the attitude immediately changes. Twice now, I’ve actually put my car in reverse and left without getting my car washed because the interactions were that off-putting. On the occasions I did stay, there were consistently missed spots on my vehicle. I always had to ask someone to wipe something down again, clean the middle console, or properly rinse my weatherproof mats. It feels rushed and incomplete every time. Yesterday specifically, the young man assisting me was being way too playful instead of just handling the service professionally. It made the interaction uncomfortable and awkward when I simply came to get my car cleaned. He proceeded like everything was fine, but I politely asked him to step away from the car and pull it back because at that point I no longer wanted the service. Another time, a staff member aggressively motioned for me to pull up even though I was lined up exactly with the car next to me. It’s just unnecessary behavior and not professional customer service. I work hard for my money, and it’s important to me to spend it where I feel respected and appreciated. Unfortunately, based on my last experiences here, I will not be returning and would not recommend this car wash.

  I’ve been coming to this car wash for over a decade, and this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had here. The employee with the glasses working on the car wash side allowed two cars to skip ahead of me after I had already been waiting in line for about 15 minutes with four cars ahead of me in order. When I politely pointed out that I was there before those vehicles, he initially offered me 50% off. However, after I explained that I still expected my car to be serviced before the cars he let cut the line, he removed the discount entirely, charged me full price, and still allowed the other vehicles to go ahead of me. The situation was handled very poorly and felt extremely disrespectful, especially as a loyal customer of many years. After this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this

  Very disappointed today. I drop off two vehicles, one was to get the wax option ($50) and the other being an over sized drw truck with a hand wash ($59). Well the first one it did not appear to have been buffed and waxed just washed when I talked to the attendant, he agreed as it was apparent. He talked to the manager and then came back to give me his response. Manager did not even bother talk to me. I took it home and cleaned it up with a terry cloth and quick detailed (pic attached) Then I picked up my truck and the same lack of effort. The bed cover was not even washed (pic attached). We will not be returning to this location which is really unfortunate as it’s walking distance to drop off and walk home.

  Came in to see what packages this place offered, no one came over to help I had to open window and ask multiple times who would help me. Some dude walked up said the only package they offered was the most expensive package and just stared at me. No enthusiasm or customer service.

  I have been a loyal customer for approximately seven years, primarily due to the convenience of having a one-stop location for our vehicles. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has led me to reconsider returning. On this visit, the level of service fell significantly short of expectations. After dropping off our vehicles, we returned three hours later only to find that they had not yet been detailed. We were given multiple, inconsistent explanations regarding the delay, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. Ultimately, we waited an additional hour and forty-five minutes before the service was completed. While most of the experience was disappointing, I would like to acknowledge one manager (short Hispanic manger) who made an effort to address the situation and assist us. His professionalism and willingness to take responsibility did not go unnoticed. However, overall management appeared disorganized, and the lack of clear communication and accountability impacted the entire experience. Strong leadership and better staff coordination would greatly improve customer satisfaction. I hope ownership takes this feedback into consideration and implements the necessary improvements, as this location has long been a convenient option for many customers.
