For the price it’s hard to beat had an issue with my truck management made it right cleaned all three vehicles for the 4th of July did excellent job would recommend especially now that they have hand washes
Went in with all 4 handles on my doors to have my car washed and left with the rear passenger door handle broken. Saw 1 of the workers fiddling with the handle but didn't think anything of it until I drove off and heard it rattling. A claim was submitted and denied. I am pissed. They break stuff on your car and don't fix the problem they caused.

I was pleased with the car wash and the vacuum service. But I'm missing my car seat which was in the trunk and I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. I stopped by the next day to ask if anyone turned it into the office and they didn't find it and then I called back on subsequent days to see if anyone else may have seen it but no one picks up. I'll rate higher if I can just get my car seat back.
Update: my husband stopped by and they found the car seat. Never did get a call from anyone though.

I’ve continued coming to this location mainly because it’s convenient to both my house and my job, but yesterday was absolutely my last straw.
One thing that’s frustrating right away is that you can’t clearly see the pricing if you end up in the middle lane. You can see it from the right lane and the left lane, but not the middle, which already creates confusion.
Beyond that, the biggest issue is the staff. The behavior has come across as rude, overly playful, and unprofessional multiple times. When you address it or question something, the attitude immediately changes. Twice now, I’ve actually put my car in reverse and left without getting my car washed because the interactions were that off-putting.
On the occasions I did stay, there were consistently missed spots on my vehicle. I always had to ask someone to wipe something down again, clean the middle console, or properly rinse my weatherproof mats. It feels rushed and incomplete every time.
Yesterday specifically, the young man assisting me was being way too playful instead of just handling the service professionally. It made the interaction uncomfortable and awkward when I simply came to get my car cleaned. He proceeded like everything was fine, but I politely asked him to step away from the car and pull it back because at that point I no longer wanted the service.
Another time, a staff member aggressively motioned for me to pull up even though I was lined up exactly with the car next to me. It’s just unnecessary behavior and not professional customer service.
I work hard for my money, and it’s important to me to spend it where I feel respected and appreciated. Unfortunately, based on my last experiences here, I will not be returning and would not recommend this car wash.
I’ve been coming to this car wash for over a decade, and this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had here. The employee with the glasses working on the car wash side allowed two cars to skip ahead of me after I had already been waiting in line for about 15 minutes with four cars ahead of me in order.
When I politely pointed out that I was there before those vehicles, he initially offered me 50% off. However, after I explained that I still expected my car to be serviced before the cars he let cut the line, he removed the discount entirely, charged me full price, and still allowed the other vehicles to go ahead of me.
The situation was handled very poorly and felt extremely disrespectful, especially as a loyal customer of many years. After this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this
