  The lady rep put the phone on hold for 10 minutes and every minute she would pick up to see if I hung up yet but won’t say anything, then put the phone back on hold. When she finally picked up I told her, when we came they didn’t have a similar car to our insured car so they put us in a minivan and told us that today they would switch it out, “the minivan cost more than our policy cover that we was forced in and stated it wouldn’t be an up charge” called today and the lady cut me off and said we’re not switching it out and who ever told you that they lied

  Third time that I’ve reserved a car from this this branch and had issues. Intermediate Class reserved not available and Rouge, the manager offered no concessions and ended up paying for a smaller car that was considered a small SUV but it was a hatch back.

  I was glad that there were cars available at the time I needed one while my car was at the body shop. However, I was very upset when they told me about a very superficial almost unnoticeable ding on the roof of the vehicle and they were not going to refund my $300 deposit. I had absolutely nothing to do with that. She told me that it hailed the night before. They really screwed me. Out of all the years I have rented cars at various times, I have never had anything like this happen. I will never rent a car from this place ever again, and I would highly recommend to all who see this to look elsewhere for a rental car. DO NOT rent a car from this place.

  This place is terrible first off when you’re trying to get in there and get the vehicle they don’t give you their undivided attention. They’re having people ask them other questions so at the end they make mistakes and then when you call them on it, they act like it’s your problem that they don’t know how to multitask and then they wanna argue with you so I never go back
