  EXCELLENT car rental experience… the phone and in.person. contact, customer service with Roy was exceptional! He was professionally attentive and pleasantly courteous…..the-vehicle was ready as promised. When an extension was needed, the transaction was seamless. Moreover there were no hidden fees.The vehicle itself was great- it was exactly what I needed while my car was being repaired. Because of all of this and especially the customer service, my expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend this Enterprise location . Again, thank you so much, Roy. I appreciate your attentiveness, expertise and kind customer service.

  We’ve had our rental for about 2 weeks now due to husband’s truck being in the shop from an accident. We were called to bring the current rental truck in due to a recall and switch out. And told by one lady, they could put us in a small SUV. We really needed the truck. Taz M. was awesome and able to do some figuring to get us in another truck. We can’t thank Taz enough!! He’s pretty awesome and remembers folks that have been there before that he didn’t help the first time coming in. When we originally got the first rental Taz greeted us coming in with a big smile and welcome. Though he was with another customer. This go around he helped us out so great!!! Very professional and friendly guy! Thank you again Taz for all your help!!

  Mr. Marshall made the end of the process very welcoming with his 5 ⭐ service skills but overall the AC was not working and it's very hot. I was told to come back for a certain time and I came in early but sat 45 after my expected arrival time. Everyone else's seems a little perturbed. The car wash guys are working as hard as they can because there's an extreme backup.

  I recommend this location to anyone needing a rental car in Pearland and surrounding area. I work primarily with Maria and Andrew. I have traveled quite a bit in my career and they are the most professional, courteous and attentive managers I have worked with. Well Done!!
