  My recent experience with Enterprise at 2330 Smith Ranch Rd was deeply disappointing and far below the standard I had come to expect. After missing my original appointment, an Enterprise representative called me at 10:50 a.m. and rescheduled me for 2 p.m. During that call, I specifically requested a sports-class rental and was told I would be contacted before 2 p.m. if one could be sourced from another Enterprise location. That call never came. I followed up myself multiple times, received no answer, and waited until after 2:15 p.m. with no communication from Enterprise. When I finally reached the branch, I was told there were no vehicles in the category I requested. Rather than honoring what had been promised and offering to reschedule my rental appointment, I was offered vehicles in categories I had already declined. The biggest issue was not vehicle availability, it was the lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and how the situation was handled. I waited for hours expecting the bare minimum: a callback. Instead, I had to chase down answers myself. When I asked why no one called me to reschedule as promised, I was given inconsistent explanations, including being told there was uncertainty about my preference even though it had been clearly communicated earlier and confirmed by their own employee. What made matters worse, after expressing my frustration about the poor service, the branch manager, Kristen, refused to provide me a rental for my already scheduled appointment next week. That response turned a service failure into a customer service breakdown. A simple apology and proactive solution could have resolved this. Instead, I was left without a rental plan and forced to reconsider whether I can rely on this location at all. This experience reflected poor communication, poor management, and a troubling disregard for customer satisfaction. I expected much more from Enterprise at this location.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car located inside Crash Champions Collision Repair in Pearland at Smith Ranch Rd. I was overcharged for one more rental day than I actually used the vehicle. Even after providing my receipt and documentation clearly showing the correct rental period, the issue has still not been properly resolved. What makes this even more disappointing is that the day before returning the vehicle, I called the Enterprise desk at this location and spoke with a representative named Nick William. I clearly informed him that I only need to the rental for four days. Therefore, I no longer needed the rental and would be returning the vehicle Friday evening. Nick told me the office closes early on Friday, but that he would be in Saturday morning and would handle the rental as a four-day rental as we discussed. Despite this conversation, I was still charged for that additional day. I still have my cell phone call log as proof of our conversation. Unfortunately, Nick’s handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional, and the commitment he made was not honored. It is frustrating to have to dispute charge that is plainly incorrect, especially when I have documentation and call records to support my claim. As a customer, I expect accurate billing and that commitments made by staff are honored. For comparison, I have also used another Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Pearland near Broadway and FM 518, and the service and professionalism there were far superior. Based on my experience, customers who need a rental from Enterprise in Pearland area would be better served using the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Broadway and FM 518 location instead. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I have called the Enterprise corporate office and lodged a complaint. In the mean time, I urge Enterprise desk located inside Crash Champions review the documentation carefully and correct the overcharge immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend the Enterprise desk located inside Crash Champions to this lack of professionalism.

  Under pressure, Nick Williams is a pro. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of fleet. With no cars available, he was able to navigate irate customers and communicate a solution for me to get on the road after a short wait. Great job!
