  We took our Dodge Caravan in to be checked out for a possible transmission problem. Michael checked it over thoroughly and although no issue was found we felt confident that it was safe to drive and we will return if any problem arises. He was honest and didn’t try to charge us for something we didn’t need. We appreciate the customer care shown us.

  Eagle Transmission in Pearland don’t trust this place based on my experience. I had a bad experience here with the owner Michael. All he kept doing was pushing for a review, even offered to pay me with a discount for reviews. In my opinion, he was rude and disrespectful to deal with also yelling at me. Their prices are extremely high, and I was very disappointed with the quality of the work. It also felt like there was no proper management in place, and the technician I dealt with didn’t seem experienced. I was told I would need to pay extra for deeper diagnostics even after already bringing the issue in. When I got my car back, I noticed issues that made me question the work that was done, including areas that didn’t look properly addressed, parts seems used and painted. This shop used to be a lot better when Haydn was the manager. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Eagle Transmission in Pearland.

  Owner Michael this guy is terrible. He yelled at me and hang the phone up!! because they charged my husband for a super expensive brake jobon a 2014 Hunda accord saying that the rear caliper was bad. 4 months ago we had them replace at brake check. my husband was driving was in Pearland for a meeting and felt some noise when braking. He had to get back to work so he allowed Mike to do the brake job $1,600 they claim the replace the rare caliper. Later that day it broke off had to throw it to a different shop to get to work redone. Come to find out the caliper was not replaced only the front pads and rotors was replaced nothing on the back! This business is terrible The owner seems very frustrated yelling and screaming one of the worker. Please be aware of this business it's a scam.

  These guys are the worst. The owner Michael Solerio. You will pay for a new rebuild transmission. He will put used parts in it and charge you 9000, totally rip off. I’m very disappointed after four vehicles I had to take to the dealership and found out nothing was done. I will report this to the BBA

  I brought my car to Eagle Automotive and Transmission fearing the worst after another shop quoted me thousands for a transmission repair. Instead of just taking my money, the team at Eagle went above and beyond. The technician performed a thorough inspection and even took me on a test drive so I could demonstrate the issue. He explained in great detail why what I was experiencing was actually completely normal for my vehicle. I later researched the issue online and found numerous posts confirming he was exactly right—the transmission is functioning just as designed. Eagle Automotive earned my complete trust with their honesty, transparency, and professionalism. I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle back here for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommended!
