  I have brought my vehicles to Eagle and Mike for over ten years. If you ever thought I wish there was an honest shop, this is it!!! On many occasions they have said ‘this is it’ didn’t charge me a dime and told me how to find the part at auto zone or if I just needed to adjust something simple. One of the greatest experiences was a few years ago. Mike and his team fixed one thing on a very aging van I had. It fixed one problem, then another popped up. They continued to work at it even to the point that I believe it was costing them money because they refused to make me pay for something they believed could be fixed. I finally had to tell Mike and his team, just tell me I need a new car. Even then they sincerely felt bad about telling me that. I could not let Eagle continue to do that because they have saved me thousands over the years. I do not trust anyone with my vehicles but Mike and Eagle! Thank you so much!

  Mr Micheal and his guys at Eagle had my car for about 2 days. The motor mount and my axle were both broken for some time. They did a very good job fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend taking your car to them. Not too pricey and they do take most car protection insurance. Thank you again.

  Exceptional service. Had a transmission isssue and they got it and other issues I didn't even know I had taken care of in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. Great first impression. I will definitely go back to them for future maintenance

  Notice how Eagle Transmission responds to every negative review either by blaming the customer or saying things like "You must have us confused with another shop. We have no record of your vehicle." That should tell you all you need to know about this business. If you want a company that uses threat tactics and holds your vehicle hostage, this company is perfect for you. If you value honesty, integrity, and customer service, STAY AWAY from Eagle Transmission. We took our Honda minivan in and asked them to diagnose a transmission issue. They completely disassembled our transmission, walked us into the shop to show us our transmission parts in a big cardboard box, and then gave us a ridiculously high quote to repair the transmission. I wanted a second opinion, so I asked them to put the transmission back together and told them that I would pay the shop fees for labor. Reasonable request - just put my car back together, I will pay you for the labor, and then I will take my car elsewhere. I was never rude. I was never disrespectful. I stayed calm the entire time. That is when the threats began. Eagle refused to put the transmission back together! They literally told me that I could pay them what they quoted to replace the transmission or I could "take my box of parts and leave." I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a business. We could not "take our parts and leave" without towing our minivan (at our expense) to another shop, and my wife needed the vehicle to transport our three small children, so I had no choice but to pay their overpriced quote to replace the transmission. After getting my van back, I followed up with another local transmission repair shop whose quote to replace the same transmission was HALF what Eagle charged. To make matters worse, the rebuilt transmission came with a one year warranty. Wanna take a guess when the rebuilt transmission went out again? Yep, 13 months later. I will never do business with any Eagle location ever again.

  I typically hate all things involving car maintenance because I often feel taken advantage of, but everything about Michael and his team feels fair. They are honest, work as quick as can be expected, and have great customer service. This will be mine and my husband’s go to shop. I had a whole AC kit put in and after a year or two of barely getting any cool air, I felt like I was in an ice box within 60 seconds. Completed in 2 days.
