They were super helpful when I had questions about my key fob battery and replacement running board light switch. Even though I didn't end up purchasing anything (They were well-stocked but didn't have what I needed.), they pointed me to where I could find the part & even gave me a print out... a product of good management.

Worse customer service ever - well maybe not. Bastrop store was pretty terrible too. Visited location for a part that online said they had. Had a return as well. We normally shop Friendswood but they didn’t have our part, hence the visit to this location. The gentleman that helped us (didn’t catch his name but his name tag did say parts manager) could not figure out how to accept our return. Even with a receipt, he said since it was bought at Friendswood, we had to return there. That Auto Zone isn’t Auto Zine everywhere. And they didn’t have the part, so had to order it anyways and now have to drive out of the way to go back to the store. What a mess. I asked for the store manager and was told he wasn’t there I could come back in a few hours. This store and employee give this brand a bad name.

Gerald was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my vehicles’ needs. He replaced the battery, battery terminal and checked the washer fluid system. He was most patient in this heat. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
