  Steven D was on time and did a thorough maintenance check of our HVAC system. He didn’t try to sell me anything as nothing was needed. Checkups like this provide peace of mind as we approach our hot TX summer. He even hosed off the outside coils for us saying they were dirty. I’ll use Air Specialist again in the future.

  Trieu did a fine job, our only hitch was with their appointment system. They were apparently overscheduled and unable to arrive within the timeframe of our original booking, though this was not communicated until I contacted them near the end of our appt window. To their credit, they were very responsive to texts and professional in their work.

  Air Specialist sent Kyle to come give us an estimate on Tuesday. He explained our options thoroughly and gave us a very competitive price quote. We accepted it and a crew showed up Wednesday to do our install. They worked for 12 hours in a very hot attic to replace our entire air conditioning and heating system, including the ducts. We were very impressed with their professionalism. The crew leader, Richard, kept us informed along the way and left the house in great shape when they were done. We highly recommend Air Specialists for all your HVAC needs.
