  The company was very professional and courteous in describing the problem and the work. The technician Frank Udave was particularly adept at explaining all the options and made a point of collating the work in one day.

  I was shown how to take care of the ac unit upstairs as well as down stairs. Also well how to take care of the filter. The service person was informative, polite and concerned about keeping my house clean.

  Air Specialist, Abel Anorga, did an outstanding job performing a Spring tuneup for my residential HVAC system. Very professional and informative, there was zero pressure and I’m extremely satisfied. I will definitely continue using Air Specialist for all my HVAC maintenance and needs.   On 4-28-26, Alex Stover came out to drain my water heater. He did not want to turn off the water from the top of the water heater, because he was afraid it might leak if he tampered with it. He went to the main water valve but did not have a meter key. He tried to use a large wrench but to no prevail he could not turn it. Without turning the water off, he drained the water heater from the bottom and left in about 39 minutes (he said was an hour to an hour and a half job), without lighting the pilot. I did not know the pilot was not lit until that night. This was a safety hazard, as it may have cause unburned gas to accumulate, risking a fire or explosion. On 4-28-26, Frank Udave came out to do an AC inspection. He turned on my AC unit and looked at my thermostat. He pointed out a couple of suggestions with my AC unit and left without checking my AC unit after going inside it. An hour after he left, I looked at my thermostat and it showed no readings. He came back about a little over an hour. He fixed the issue of his doing and then tried to use a pressure sale tactic on his suggestions. I said no and he left. I went to the BBB Accreditation& Rating on the company and it is not accredited with them. The BBB shows an alert that the company has a pattern of complaints.

  My AC stopped working downstairs, so I called Air Specialists and got an appointment the same day. Emre showed up on time, was very professional, thoroughly looked into the what caused my AC to stop working, and fixed the problem very quickly. He answered all of my questions completely and even gave me estimates I requested for a possible replacement I may need to have done in the future. The Air Specialist team has always been very helpful and dependable. They also respond super quickly to service calls. I use them for my biannual system maintenance and any time I have an issue with my AC, and I would recommend them to everyone. Keep up the great work!!!
