  NOBODY EVER CALLED ME BACK THEY MISDIAGNOSED MY TRUCK AND HAD ME GO ON THE ROAD WITH NO BRAKES AND SAID IT WOULD WORK ITSELF OUT

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. We had an 11:00 AM appointment for a front-end alignment and were told it would take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Instead, we spent nearly 7 hours at the shop. During that entire time, no alignment was ever performed. We were told a rusted adjustment bolt broke, a replacement part had to be ordered from NAPA, and it took over 3 hours for the part to arrive. Throughout the day, communication was extremely poor, and we received very few updates. Later, we were asked for permission to cut a rear suspension bolt so a rear-wheel alignment could be performed. We explained that we had only requested a front-end alignment. We were then told, "If I had known that, you would have already been out of here." After waiting nearly seven hours, that was incredibly frustrating to hear. The worst part is that our family van left the shop in worse condition than when it arrived. It immediately began making a tire screeching/rubbing noise that had never been there before. At checkout, we were told we owed nothing because the alignment had never been completed, but we were also warned not to drive the vehicle—even across town, because it was unsafe. The following day, we called to request documentation showing what work had actually been performed. We were told there was no receipt because the alignment had never been been completed. We requested a copy of the work order of what was done and were told it would be texted to us, but hours later we still had not received anything. The only positive experience we've had with this location has been Bonnie at the front desk. She was very helpful when scheduling our appointment and has always been courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful on the phone. We arrived expecting a routine 45-minute front-end alignment and left seven hours later with no alignment, a family van in worse condition than when it arrived, and more questions than answers. A simple front-end alignment was never completed. Instead, the entire day was spent dealing with a broken bolt and waiting for the replacement part they broke. Our family depends on this van every day, and this experience has completely lost our trust.

  It was a stressful day looking to get a tire rotation and a oil change, i had a stopped at 2 other service departments, the first said by appointment only.I went to the second service department told me that it was too late because they had closed at five and it was 4:45 as I threw in the white towel to give up for the day on my way home, i seen NTB tire. I pulled in a customer representative walked out to the vehicle.thinking He was going to tell me that they were close, first Words out his mouth. How can I help you come to find out? He was the supervisor, i was so appreciative and grateful that he was able to service my vehicle and get what I had to get done before my road trip the next day., the service was prompt. The work was excellent. The mechanics were awesome and very good at what they do if I could rate ntb tire they would get a 10 star across-the-board.A 10 star for quality, performance,and great customer service, i would like to thank AJ the nice gentleman that came out greeted me with positive energy and got my automobile serviced and had me on the road in a very reasonable amount of time , thank you AJ i was not only satisfied but my husband was also satisfied because we are ready for our road trip tomorrow morning and I want to say thank you To the awesome team who serviced my vehicle?I would highly highly recommend NTB tire on Fairmont In pasadena texas #10STAR Mr.&Mrs David Diaz

  The lady at the front was the SWEETEST woman I've ever met when dealing beith my car. She allowed me in the back to look at my car myself and point out what was wrong and recommendations for me. Her name was Faith and the service was fast and efficient. They did exactly what I asked for and nothing extra nor did they try to sell me anything more. Thank you!!
