- SVS VCMay 10, 20265.0Had an excellent experience at NTB getting a new set of tires. Mr. Jimmy at the front desk was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the process quick and easy. I was told it would take about an hour, but they had me finished much sooner than expected. Mr. Deshawn, the technician, was also very helpful and took the time to explain that my rear brake pads were getting low and what I should keep an eye on moving forward. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service and professionalism from the entire team.
