- UZU Z3 days ago1.0I was quoted $850 twice for a 30-day rental, but my card was ultimately charged around $1,200. I went back to the location to get an explanation, and even after they reviewed the situation, I was never told why the price was so different. Very frustrating experience and disappointing lack of transparency.

The vehicle was in great condition, cleaned and filled up. I encountered no problems whatsoever, even when I needed to extend the rental time. Thanks again, Richard
- GCGenaro CantuAug 21, 20261.0Out off all the rentals I've had, this one was the absolute worst experience I've ever had, such a headache. $400 in deposits alone, wasn't made aware of such high deposit until the day of and did not have the chance to cancel and book with Avis as it was too late in the day, I would've loved to cancel but I had no choice but to bite the bullet. I always go through Avis, I'm really kicking myself in the but for trying enterprise. Honestly, with how everything went, I'm nervous about the deposit, it was just so high. I will never book through this company again. Avis on Fairmont has always been smooth, quick and easy, no hidden extra deposits upon arrival fory personal experience, and Ive used them for years. Save yourself the headache do not come here
