  Great staff, “D” at the Pasadena, Tx location was great I was able to make some last minute changes to my rental and he took care of it quick with no problems, thanks “D”! Whether your renting a car from them or looking to buy a used car, they have different locations with lots a vehicles available for purchase. I only use Enterprise rent a car now!

  Lourdes Munoz or D as he calls himself. oversold me on insurance i did not need. Well knowing that fact too. When asking customer service to reverse it they told me that was up to the manager. He told me outright he would not refund that money back. So i had to have my bank take action. You need to be careful renting cars from enterprise as they care more about upselling them they do taking care of their customers. I will never return to this location or any that Lourdes Munoz or Jazmine R Brown work at. Edit. After weeks of speaking to customer service no one has reached out to me. I keep getting told someone will call. But no calls. I just left the location to again ask the manager Lourdes Munoz to please reverse the charge. He refused. Saying its not a cant he juat doesnt want to.

  Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere!! The car smelled like an ash tray the seats were gross the carpet was ripped and the car ran bad!!!

  I was very pleased with how simple the process was online. The only thing was that the vehicle that I was requesting wasn't available at the location that was near me so when I called, the associate,( D), was very helpful and went above and beyond and located a vehicle for me. When I came in to return the vehicle, the process again was very quick and easy. I was greeted with a smile by LuLu who made the process quick and easy. She was completely pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend enterprise car rentals, especially this location on Fairmont and beltway 8. Both employees were pleasant and efficient in assisting me through this process. They made it simple!
