When I came to pick the vehicle up a few days later, Ace's Performance Exhaust had custom-fabricated a 3.0" 304 stainless mandrel bent exhaust system with the components in the following order: Kooks headers > Vibrant 1491V-bands > Kooks Y-pipe > Vibrant 61006 TurboFlex > Vibrant 1142 V-band > Vibrant 1142 resonator > Borla 401663 muffler > Vibrant 1491 V-band > Vibrant 1794 resonator - all perfectly TIG welded. Polite staff that paid attention and listened to what I said I wanted - no rubbing, exhaust hangers all hang straight, and there is no preload on flex-pipe. Extremely reasonable prices. Could not ask for anything more. If you only want the best and you want it done right, this is your place.
