  If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly recommend avoiding this place for any John Deere riding mower repairs. Their work simply does not last. I had the exact same issue — the blade belt coming off — repaired twice, and the mower only ran for a few hours after the first repair before failing again. The first time, they claimed the problem was a pulley. The second time, it magically became “something else.” If the first repair had been done correctly, I shouldn’t have been back so soon for the same issue. On top of that, their prices are excessive. They even added an $85.57 diagnostic fee despite the fact that I told them exactly what the problem was, and they followed my explanation. There was no diagnosis — just an extra charge. This service feels like a total rip‑off, and I’m already wondering how long it would take before the same problem happens again. I’ve decided to take the mower back and sell it rather than keep pouring money into repairs that don’t hold up. My John Deere S100 has been a complete waste of money.

  Jeff Conway and his service staff are awesome. They are very easy to work with for all my tractor service needs, and do not disappoint. Thank you guys for a great experience, keep up the good work.
