  I cannot recommend Pynes Outdoor Equipment enough! From the very beginning, everyone at Pynes was incredibly patient and helpful with my family as we purchased our Kioti tractor. Buying a tractor is a big investment, and they took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Carlos! He spent two hours demonstrating the tractor with my parents, making sure they understood how everything worked. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it truly showed that he cared about his customers—not just making a sale. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be there for the demonstration, so when we later had questions about attaching and removing the implements, I reached out to Justin, the owner. Instead of simply referring me to the owner's manual, he personally sent me instructional videos that walked me through the process. That meant so much to me. He could have easily said, "You bought it, now it's up to you," but that's not how Pynes Outdoor Equipment treats its customers. The support didn't end when the tractor was delivered. Justin and his team have continued to be responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we know how to safely use our equipment. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. If you're looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers before, during, and after the sale, I highly recommend Pynes Outdoor Equipment.
