  There are not enough good things I can say about the customer service, care and just overall professionalism from everyone at this shop. From the moment we walked in the door to when my wife truck was fixed, Chris went above and beyond to ease our minds on our situation. My wife and I were headed out of town for our 20 year anniversary, when the transmission in my wife's truck went out in Paris. Explained our situation and they presented fair pieces options quickly, then went beyond to help us secure a rental so we could still enjoy our trip while they worked on her truck. After picking up the truck, transmission was working great but a completely separate issue came up and when I called Chris, he got the owner and shop foreman involved. With us living almost 3 hours from them, they offered to replace another part that wasn't included in the original scope of work by taking to a local shop and they would pay for it! I have several friends and my father in law that are mechanics. All of them were blown away by this type of customer service!! Thank you Chris and everyone at Precision Automotive for showing that there are still honest and customer service driven businesses out there!! If I could give more than 5 star I would double it!!
