  The entire staff deserves these stars. I knew they did good work i have used their service before. It's not just the service it's the small things that stands out to me, customer service was great l said I would give 10 stars only let me give 5

  Took my sons Hummer H2 to Precision for an all-around tuneup. They changed out the spark plugs, the spark plug wires, engine cabin filter, power steering pump, and replaced all of the drive belts. While it was there, they also replaced the brake fluid, rear and front differential fluid, and the gear box fluid. It was all done within a reasonable time frame, and they even sent me updates via text. After I picked it up, I thought the break fluid was still dark, and I took it back, and not only did they show me that it was clear, they showed me pictures of all the work that was done on the Hummer. They done a fantastic job, and the next time I need work done, I won’t hesitate to take any of my vehicles to Precision Automotive and Transmission.

  Please stay away from this shop they will put used parts in not new but they will charge you for brand new parts that's what they did to me. My new mechanic just showed me that they put on used parts on my vehicle and now I also found a video on YouTube where they scammed a man out of $37k for a new engine but they put in a used engine and it seized up after only 3 months and 6,000 miles and they told him they wont warranty it and the man is out of $37k. You can find the video on YouTube the channel name is called Dave's Auto Center. Please stay away from this shop you will 100% get scammed .

  I would avoid this business at all costs. I'm close to $4,000 in for things I really didn't need at the time. The first time I went there, they did their "72 point" diagnostic. They of course, will find everything that could possibly go wrong, then intimidate you, scare you into working on. They are very, very good at up selling. They prey on older single women. I was charged $195.00 for a diagnostic a couple of days ago, and the upsell started. Oil leaking through the catalytic converter. Leaks here, leaks there, thousands of dollars. I got my car, took it to Paul's Automotive. He put a relay in, charged the AC all in about 40 minutes. It cost $100.00 at Paul's. No mechanic has a good word to say about them. They will literally steal from you. There was NO leak in the AC, and NO oil leak. Most of the good reviews are coming from people traveling through town. People they can bilk out of money live here. I called one of many mechanics, told him what was going on, and he said; "I don't even have to ask where you took it. Precision, right?" Right. I got a call from Lat after I told him I wanted to pick up my car, and not to do anything to it. He told me he thought we had a good working relation, and not to be surprised if my car basically blows up. I took it to FOUR mechanics. All said Precision? Yes. It needed a relay, AC charged, and it's ice cold. Ladies, especially, DO NOT take your car to Precision. Ever. This is not a nasty post, it's a truthful post. I'd love to have the money they basically stole back. Go to Paul's Automotive or literally any other shop in Paris. Don't get taken like I did.

  Lleve mi RAM 2500 año 2011 a este taller porque tenía una luz encendida en el tablero, con mi escáner me arrojaba el código P0472 relacionado con el sensor de escape de los gases. Lo llevé además a el o’relly para confirmar el diagnóstico de mi escáner y precisamente arrojó el mismo código; luego de esto decidió llevarla a este taller pensando que ellos tengan un diagnóstico con más precisión, pero nada resultó así ellos realizaron un diagnóstico completo del camion y detectaron una serie de problemas que le dieron solución y en fin me cobraron 2648.28 usd el camión llegó el lunes al taller y no pude recogerlo hasta el jueves porque según ellos no podían entregarlo con los problemas que tenían. En fin lo llevé por un sensor y cambiaron todo lo q determinaron pero lo más indignante es que me cobraron por este sensor que según cambiaron casi 700 usd yo les manifesté que quería las piezas q habían cambiado el lunes ya luego ya en la tarde luego de haber pasado el día completo ahí esperando me dijeron que las habían tirado a la basura, el jueves cuando fui ya había aparecido el sensor q habían cambiado, uno totalmente diferente al que mi camión tenía le dejé saber al señor q me atendió que habla español pero el me dijo que era de otro sensor q habían notado dañado pero ya sabia q era totalmente diferente al q mi camión usa puesto q ya yo se lo había cambiado y le coloque uno nuevo q compré por Amazon. Hoy no el camión volvió a prender la luz en el tablero arrojando el mismo código mañana voy a dialogar con ellos y quiero que me devuelvan el dinero q me cobraron por este sensor q no cambiaron. Realicé un video demostrando que lo que estoy diciendo es totalmente cierto esto se los dejo acá de muestra. Realmente les recomiendo a todos que no pasen por este taller que trata de engañar a la comunidad eso as que acuden necesitados sin saber la mala experiencia que tendrán con ellos. Gracias
