So far so good! Even amongst being absolutely swamped with work to get done Chris took the time to get an estimate to me.I am having a transition done and I am very aware of what it costs to rebuild a transmission! They definitely fell in a very fair price range. We will see how I feel when I pick up my Pickup when they are done! Experience so far I will be doing everything in my power to send people their way!!!

My wife & I were traveling from out-of-State through Texas. We'd been 3 full days into our trip, with each day hitting high temperatures of well over 100 degrees. Just outside of Paris, TX, our old 2008 Toyota Scion developed a knocking noise. The car has been notorious for years for needing extra oil, but all fluids checked out fine. Pulled in for the night. When you're in over your head (and I was), this where you send up an S. O. S. sort of prayer. It was quickly answered. Directly across the street was Precision Automotive & Transmission. Brett and his team within an hour, had the car up on the lifts, performed a thorough diagnostic, and gave me the word on what was causing the problem. Another 3 hours later he had the car up and running as smoothly as it has ever run. And "No," it did not cost a king's ransom. My wife and I were elated. By the end of day, I'd met just about everyone in the front office. These folks were straight - shooters, no nonsense and "salt of the Earth" professionals. They answered every question. For just maintenance up keep or emergency attention, with Brett and team Precision, Automotive, you'll be in good and capable hands.

They have worked on my son’s Toyota and now his import Honda. The Service Dept is always friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. They have great advice and even set up a maintenance plan for both vehicles. We trust them and highly recommend this service center.

Excellent service. I fist took a 1985 GMC Sierra with a 383 stroker to have a 700R4 installed and tuned. Then, I took my 2016 Tahoe for major engine repair. Chris Parks handled everything from warranty to pick up. Will use again.
