  Very mean unprofessional disrespectful black girl working in front!! I will never rent from enterprise again!! She was talking over me and even glared at me. All I was asking was about the car itself and its features. I told her I had an issue with the saftey Breaks. She kept telling me I was lieing basically and kept talking over me. Me and my wife will never rent from enterprise again because if you let people like her work there then im not interested in doing business with enterprise anywhere. I feel so disrespected as a human.

  Went to pick up a reservation at 9am 6/13/36 Car is here NO key the other person who had the car before still has the key . Worker called left msg customer called back said he would be back by around 10ish him n his wife are out doing things.. Worker just said OK 🤬 No he should have said Sir we have another customer waiting on that vehicle can you PLEASE bring the key back.. Then another customer comes in to pick up 2 vehicles Not here either they booked months out Wow Unbelievable Last time I had to use them service was top notch Not this time

  Kendale, Ms. Lauren & Nate epitomize WORLD CLASS GOLD STANDARD customer service! I have had a series of unfortunate events with my daily drivers and I travel for work so I rent a dozen or more times per year all over and NO team brings the service level this one does!
