  By far the smoothest and most professional vehicle purchase experience of my life—and this is coming from someone who has bought and traded many vehicles in the past! I handled the transaction for my new RAM 3500 remotely from Ohio, and the team at Parkway CDJR went above and beyond every step of the way. My sales specialist, Jaydon, provided exceptional professionalism, patience, and absolute transparency throughout the entire process. Sales Manager Sam worked cleanly with me to align the numbers without any of the typical dealership games, and the General Manager, Desmond, completely surprised us by personally driving out to pick my son and me up from the airport when we landed in Amarillo on a Saturday! As an out-of-state online buyer, I felt respected and taken seriously from the very beginning. The truck's build was exactly what I was seeking, and the entire process was straightforward, professional, and free of unnecessary frills. On top of that, they ensure you are taken care of as a customer even after you leave the lot.   This is the second vehicle purchased from Parkway, specifically Kayvon! He is amazing and great to work with. Anyone interested in a new or used vehicle reach out to him. He will be the only sales person we will deal with!! Amazing person. Had our vehicle serviced here twice and the sales department team is also top notch, friendly and very helpful! Best experience!

  I had such a great experience with this dealership! From the very beginning, they took the time to help me find the exact vehicle I was looking for and never once pressured me to settle for something that didn’t check all of my boxes. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, from searching for the right vehicle all the way through the purchase. They kept me updated, answered all of my questions/concerns, and made everything easy and stress-free. Carrie and Sam were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated their patience and willingness to make sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted.
