  We are from Oklahoma and had an advance trac fault while towing home to okc from New Mexico. Hundreds of miles from home we called parkway as it was the closest ford house. The female advisor (forget her name, Jennie maybe?) who answered the phone was extremely helpful, she logged in to the ford pass with the vin number and over the phone told us the trouble code which was related to towing in the wind with a weight distribution which is a common problem. All within 2 minutes. Absolutely lights out service!

  I just want to take a moment and recognize Jayden, and Sam for going above and beyond at Parkway ford in Pampa Texas. Buying vehicle is a big decision, but what makes this experience truly special is having people who genuinely care about their customers. Jayden and Sam we're kind, patient, and understanding it made me feel like more than just another customer. They're willingness to listen and make sure I was taken care of meant more to me then they probably realize.   I just picked up a new Bronco Sport for my granddaughter, from Parkway Ford, and the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. My sales consultant, Kayvon was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushed any high-pressure tactics. They had the exact trim and package she was looking for, walked me through all the tech features before I drove off the lot, and the Finance manager made the paperwork quick and transparent without any hidden surprises. If you're looking for an honest Ford dealer that respects your time, go see Kayvon!"

  I had an exceptional experience with Parkway Ford in Pampa, Texas. I traveled from out of state for a very specific truck, and Carrie Holden made the entire process incredibly easy. She coordinated everything—from my travel and transportation to the dealership, to the paperwork and communication with my financial institution. Her energy was amazing, and she never tried to steer me toward something other than what I was actually looking for. General Manager Desmond Sturgis personally picked me up from my hotel and treated me to breakfast. I also found out that Desmond personally designed the truck I purchased, which made finding exactly what I wanted even more impressive. Everything was ready when I arrived. I test-drove the truck, signed the paperwork, and was on the road in time to attend a family event in San Antonio that same day, and checked in on me along the way. Parkway Ford made buying my Maverick feel like taking delivery of a luxury vehicle. I highly recommend doing business with them. Truly Five stars!

  Carrie Lynn Holden helped me and my boyfriend out today with a really nice car. We have never met someone so caring and helpful as her. This was our first time getting our own car, she was extremely kind and got us the best deal we could even ask for. If you go to Parkway, make sure to ask for her you will NOT regret it.
