  Very good place to park and wash clothes. The staff was very helpful provided me with the quarters so I could wash. It was very hot outside so took a cold shower in the clean rest room. Then got a cold drink while I waiting for clothes to finish. All the young adults staff was very helpful, courteous, polite, friendly, and keep the store running smoothly.

  Can't buy electronics after 4pm anything out the glass case lmao a 24hr so called truck stop where you can get anything after a certain time I was almost worried to ask for a pack of cigarettes if I was pilot I pull my name from this owner they are ridiculous

  I’m leaving this review because the customer service on the truck driver side needs serious improvement. One employee, Desiree, had a very bad attitude and provided horrible customer service. Everyone else I have dealt with has been mostly decent, but her behavior stood out in a very negative way. Truck drivers are the core customers at this location. We are the ones spending the most money on fuel, DEF, showers, food, and other items. Some of us spend close to $3,000–$4,000 a week on fuel at this store, and those purchases earn points. It is unacceptable to tell drivers they cannot use their points for simple purchases, especially when we are regular customers supporting this location. It is also unacceptable to have multiple employees working the front while the truck driver side is ignored. The shower system is poorly managed. The screen does not work, so employees have to call drivers one by one. Drivers are waiting 20–30 minutes or more for showers, and the showers are only halfway cleaned when they are finally available. This location needs better management, better staffing on the trucker side, and better customer service training. Truck drivers should not be treated like an inconvenience at a truck stop.

  I had a really frustrating experience at this Shell location. Before I even bought a CB radio, I asked the manager about their return policy and was told it would be fine to return it with a receipt. To be sure, I also called ahead before coming back and was told again that I could return the item. I drove up there based on that information, but when I arrived, they refused to accept the return. This was a complete waste of my time and gas, and the lack of communication between staff is unacceptable. If you’re going to tell customers something over the phone and in person, you should honor it when they get there. Be careful shopping here—don’t rely on what they tell you over the phone or even in-store. Make sure you get clear confirmation or speak directly to someone who will actually stand behind what they say.
