Preston was polite and honest! I arrived planning to get new brakes and he both told me and showed me on my vehicle than my brakes do not currently need service. He also informed me regarding when to have then rechecked. No charge for today; a pleasant surprise! When my brakes do need replacement, I will be back.

during my drive between Dallas and Houston, my truck started having brake issues. Came into brakes plus and with in 30 o had my truck inspected with all issues pointed out to me plus options for repairs as well as what’s needed right now plus it can wait but needs to be looked at later. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. they got my truck fixed up and back on the road to Houston.

Highly recommend this shop! I was visiting family from out of town when my check engine light came on. The team diagnosed the issue immediately, and luckily, it was a quick fix that took under an hour. A huge shoutout to Breanna, who was absolutely fantastic. She explained the technical details in a way that was super easy to understand. Unlike many shops where you feel ignored, Breanna kept me updated every step of the way. Amazing customer service!

With the state of things, it’s really difficult to find a place where you can not only get quality work done on your vehicle by people who are actually kind, patient and knowledgeable, but can get that at decent prices. Of course, the economy’s in a state, but it’s great knowing that you don’t necessarily have to make yourself crazy the whole way there about how much everything could cost (generally speaking). With all of that aside, the employees are friendly and helpful. Being specific, Preston Chitty showed good judgment and capabilities throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend him and this business to any friends or family in need of services. 10/10 would come again

I was on the road traveling and my truck was having problems. I called this place as I was unfamiliar with the area. Bre was very helpful, kind, and informative on where I needed to start and walked me through their process for diagnosing the problem and a solution. I would like to personally thank her for treating me like a valued customer and getting my problem resolved.
