I had an outstanding experience working with Demarco Taylor, Branch Manager at Enterprise in Orange. He went above and beyond to ensure my family and I found the right vehicle to meet our needs, especially when it came to making sure my children were comfortable and properly accommodated. Demarco worked diligently with the insurance company and coordinated with other Enterprise locations to ensure I was provided with a suitable vehicle that I felt comfortable driving with my family. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, prompt, thorough, and proactive. He handled every step with care, communicated effectively, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to making sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. What impressed me most was his sense of urgency, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. He made what could have been a stressful situation much easier, and his actions showed that he truly cares about the customers he serves. Enterprise is fortunate to have Demarco representing the company at the Orange location. His professionalis and customer service are exactly what customers need and what a company should strive to provide. I sincerely appreciate everything he did for my family, and I hope his outstanding efforts are recognized and appreciated. Thank you, Demarco!

Terrible service; the person attending has a very bad attitude. I do not recommend it; they cancelled my reservation without authorization.

Enterprise in Orange has some of the best customer service. Renting cars is not an easy job but they do it well! Thank you Ogor for all the help!
