Employee had to call her manager to get there, btw… a Saturday with no manager on sight is odd… We had to sit in the hot car waiting for 40+ minutes no joke. Sweating and was only told something about what was going on once. Manager arrived a got equipment out. We were told by the employee we were going to receive a full refund. She came back and informed us that the manager would instead just give us a “big coupon” for our next oil change. I asked to speak to the manager as he already changed clothes to leave out of there. He had a bad attitude and ultimately did not want to help us. Please do not come here!!!!
