Never go here. They put the wrong oil in my car. Thankfully I was listening and told them that they put the wrong oil in. They did drain it and replaced the filter again at my request. Basically a bunch of kids with no experience work here

This is one of the reasons I’m not a fan of quick oil-lube shops. You pay for a service and trust that it was completed correctly because your vehicle is an important asset that needs proper maintenance. Then you discover something like this, and it immediately makes you question whether the service was actually done correctly. Now I’m left wondering how long it had been driven like this, whether the oil was leaking or if anything was affected, and whether there could be any potential damage to the engine. The only reason I noticed it was because I saw a stain in my driveway. I normally park on the side of the street, so I wouldn’t have noticed it otherwise. In my opinion, shops like this need to pay much closer attention to the details. After completing an oil service, the work area should be cleaned properly, and the oil cap, drain plug, and oil filter should all be checked to make sure they are installed and secured correctly. I was actually considering using this location in the future for an emergency oil change or possibly bringing some of our work fleet vehicles here. After this experience, however, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. When you pay for a service, you should be able to trust that it was completed correctly and that your vehicle was returned to you in proper condition. Specially when they are charging extra due to how the oil price is it was like $40-50 extra oil charge fee.

Fast, friendly and they go the extra mile! I recommend arriving early when they open or later afternoon before they close if you want to avoid lines. Expect 15 to 20 mins wait for each vehicle in front of you.
