  These guys while changing the oil and checking the fluids, disconnected an ac wire . My ac was just blowing hot air and when I went back they said it wasn't possible, which it is. They wanted to charge me to check the ac but when going under the car I found the disconnect cable.

  Went in for an oil change and ended up waiting over an hour while watching other customers leave before me. No one communicated what was going on until I finally asked, and then I was told they didn’t have my oil filter in stock and someone had to go get it. A simple heads-up would have gone a long way and would have shown respect for my time. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I will not be using them again.

  The staff were so helpful and I could tell they really love their jobs by how they treated me and took care of all the things I needed for my car. Things I did not even realize I needed. They were thorough and professional too. I will definitely go back to Valvoline for my next service needs. Thank you!

  Great service, professional staff, and friendly service. They truly care about their work at this location. Every time I stop by they greet me with a smile, they all communicate effectively to get the work done and you get a happy thank you at the end. Juan is truly the best! Thank you.

  Isn't there a better time to powerwash all the gunk off the ground? Perferablly not during costumer oil change hours?? That black gunk got everywhere & the techicans cannot hear me at all. They gave me a car wash coupon but the one down the road does not accept t It, so it was a 20 minute drive to get my car washed but what about the interior? Ridiculous. Not coming here again.
