  This was my last straw with Valvoline. I was in the only lane that wasn’t moving and watched 9 cars pass me and get serviced before I was helped. The wait was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, during my previous visit, they recorded my mileage incorrectly and put the wrong mileage on my service sticker. When I called to get the correct mileage and service interval, I was told to come back in 5,000 miles, even though my vehicle was already over 30,000 miles. I had already decided I probably wouldn’t return, but after this experience, I definitely won’t be using Valvoline again. Too many mistakes and too much wasted time.

  Excellent Service. Great staff. Didn’t take long to service my Truck. They offer a good Veterans discount that saved me over 150 bucks!! Outstanding

  Just found out how much this place scammed me lol. I’ve ALWAYS been charged over $100 for an oil change, never been asked if I want premium or normal oil or anything. I knew I was overpaying for an oil change, but I didn’t know that they were charging for the PREMIUM oil. If you go here, make sure to specify the kind of oil you want or else they may just purposely give you the most expensive one. You can call me dumb that’s okay, but I doubt I’m the only person to not know. It’s on YALL to ask and verify the service your customers want, and not just assume the most expensive. Eff this place seriously. Rapid Oil Change in Odessa is soooo much better!!!!
